Fab experience!

I applied for a position through Indeed and was called by 360. Katie has dealt with me from start to finish. I have now got the job and due to start very soon 😁 Katie has been brilliant, professional and really supportive and understanding 🥰😁🥰 really happy with the whole service.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company, never ever in my life experienced anything like it. This company should be avoided completely.
From the very beginning I was contacted by James at 360 resourcing who said I had a great CV for an HR Administrator role. A week later he told me I was rejected for the position. I then came to find out he had made an error and he got mixed up with the Compliance Administrator role which is fine.

I then had an interview with the hiring manager from Furniture Village who had no clue how to do an interview. She didnt even ask any questions relating to my experience but then 360 have a nerve to tell me there was a stronger candidate. I feel the recruitment process has been an unfair one as the other person probably had the chance to come across stronger by being asked the right questions.
I strongly feel there has been some sort of discrimination by age and or race.
Everyone reading this review, avoid this company at all costs and avoid Furniture Village too.

Poor practice

Applied for a vacancy this recruiter advertised. Got through to the interview stages and then heard nothing more from them.
I then get an email from the same company 3 months later asking would I be interested in applying for the same position?
The consultant didn't even remember speaking to me about this role previously.
Totally unprofessional with no feedback or contact from #360resourcing.
Stay away from this recruitment agency, unless you have plenty of time to waste.

360resourcing dot com - Cowboy outfit

Sent my personal details to myjobmatcher dot com without my permission (a breach of the Data Protection Act). Other people have also reported this on Twitter.
Didn't respond to my complaint.
The domain is registered by proxy to hide the domain owner's identity. domainsbyproxy dot com would not release the real registrant's details to me.
The website uses what seems to be a fake name (James Hunt).
Neither 360resourcing dot com nor James Hunt appeared on my searches on LinkedIn.
Website uses the same phone number as www.cvsourcers dot co dot uk who say that 360resourcing dot com is nothing to do with them.
I couldn't find the company listed on the companies house website (only 360resourcing dot co dot uk - a separate company with a similar domain name!)

360resourcing dot com is a cowboy CV sourcing company who are breaching the data protection act and possibly committing fraud.

Update 28/06/16 - this website now appears to have disappeared!
