Absolutely disgraceful. Shirt was a bit small so I asked to exchange, they asked me to send the shirt back and they would send a replacement. I paid for tracked shipping back which they received but 4 months down the line I am without a shirt or refund, they have basically stolen my money. Do not purchase from here.

Ordered top for my son’s birthday in February, we’re now in June and so no top. I have contacted them several times and kept being told not to worry and that there were running behind with orders, or it had been dispatched however couldn’t provide a tracking number, was then told they were contacting their logistics dept and would get back to me which they didn’t. They now don’t answer my emails. I have a very disappointed young boy

Really really disappointing, the shirt was actually pretty good but I had accidentally ordered the wrong shirt so needed to return it, I tried to do so and they just kept saying they would refund me part of the cost and would allow me to keep the item. After months of them saying they have processed the refund and it is just with their other team they have now stopped replying to emails and just completely ignoring me. I won't give up but basically expect to never be able to return the item you purchase. Awful awful customer service

Wanted to return 2 tshirts ... company kept ignoring that I was saying in emails . As I had ordered small it was too big they kept offering to exchange . . Small being the smallest they do .. then I got offered to keep tshirts and they would refund 20% of the amount spent 🙄. I explained several times that I wanted to return for full refund, they gave me return info . Cost me £15 to return parcel to CHINA it's been several weeks parcel sitting waiting for contact for company to pay Duties & Tax for over 2 weeks and now 365djersey are not replying to my emails at all ... so waste of time and money ..

65% one star reviews. Take note! Scam site. Not sure what the five star reviews are about but would assume that they are as fake as the site itself

Ordered 14th feb still no top! Said they sent it 6 weeks ago.
Scammers - avoid !!

Received a faulty item, where the top had a noticeable tear in it. As this was supposed to be a present I was not comfortable gifting the item in this condition.

I therefore asked for a return label but was told numerous times by the company that they would prefer to offer me a partial refund.

After several emails they provided me with a return address in CHINA and advised that I would be responsible for the return cost.
Bare in mind their return policy state that returns are free if the item is faulty!!

After several emails back and forth I agreed to a partial refund instead.
It is now 4 months later and they have still not issued my refund! I am having to chase them every few weeks to no avail.

Terrible customer service, low quality items and dishonest policies!

There are far better companies out there that will honor their word to the customers.

After waiting over a month I finally got my apparently authentic Nigeria x stussy football shirt. Very badly finished no Stussy logo to be seen. I’m not against fake shirts I just need to know what I’m paying for so the deceit and fraud of this site is disappointing. I guess losing nearly £50 is my own fault. When something looks too good to be true it usually is. Be warned.

Very bad company. Received the wrong size and now struggling to get my money back. they are offering discounts and ask me to pay for the return… (despite their policy saying that they would pay for the wrong item).
Disastrous !!! Also impossible to reach over the phone.

Totally messed up our order. When we tried to return they offered us a 10% refund, then 20%, then 30%. We insisted on 100% refund and despite saying they pay shipping costs for incorrect orders, they are now trying to charge us to send the incorrect items back. Just avoid at all costs. This has been ongoing since the start of December. Not worth it

Do not buy from this website!

Their website displays genuine shirts however you will be sent poor quality fakes at extortionate prices (and wait about a month to receive them)

I ordered a Barcelona tracksuit around 1 month ago and whenever I check the tracking of the tracksuit all it says is “ready to ship” do not order from this website it’s a scam

I order a girl shirt. After waiting for almost a month, received the wrong item. Qualitty as expected, (half of what you pay). When contact them and after offer some solutions to the issue, they insisted in their "Policy", which states any return, even if is them that got it wrong!!!, has to be cover by the customer.They even suggested to lie in the postage to China so they can save few quid in Customes fees!!!.
So now I do have a male shirt oversized and of poor qualitty and no option to advise other people to avoid ordering from this company.

Wrong telephone number on the website. I have emailed just minutes of placing order for cancellation yet no reply from anyone. The phone number .on the website is incomplete and looks fraudulent.
received an email back from them questioning why i j have to cancel my order. even after giving them my reason they refused and went ahead to process the order. my cancellation was requested barely ten minutes after placing the order. it states on their website i could cancel within 48hours and i did barely ten minutes after placing the order.
also noticed several reviews of them asking customers to pay over £15 to send the product back to china when it states they are a uk office on the website

Bought 2 football tops and both too small.i cannot contact them to have these refunded.they say to start a refund via customer services but no link to this service available and phone number also says not available. Stuck with 2 tops which are no good. avoid like the plague

Jersey was great although Ambilight TV printed on right arm not great.

Ordered this 8 days ago and hasn’t arrived and I’ve heard nothing about when it will be delivered. Starting to think this is all a bit of a scam. In fact the only thing I have heard from them is asking for feedback, so here it is.
