Richard has done a few jobs for me now and it's good to have an electrician I can rely on after having been stung by one of those 24 hour emergency companies in the past. He has done small and medium sized jobs for me so far - adding sockets, lights and switches and also upgrading an old fuse box to a modern consumer unit. Always neatly finshed work.
It's really impractical for me to attend my BTL property so I need a creative, agile contractor with the communications skills and initiative to make arrangements with the tenants or building management without me having to micro-manage it. Would not look elsewhere.
