I ordered a recliner. It was delivered on time and Looks great. BUT, the cushions are HARD, the reclining function doesn't work, and it cannot be returned unless I pay for the shipping! DO NOT ORDER from this company!
This company has crappy customer service. I received the item on Saturday, February 15, 2020. Well when I opened the box, the item looked just like a sheet set. I ordered a duvet cover, which was for my son’s bed. And maybe a duvet cover is supposed to be like a sheet set? I don’t know. I have never ordered a duvet cover. Well I emailed the company and told them that this is not at all what I expected, and my son wasn’t satisfied. I asked about their return process and return address. And they sent me an email saying that I needed to send them a picture of the item and that shipping was going to cost $10. Well the shipping was free because I had a shipping code. And the shipping code was for $6 not $10. I think all of this is crap! I mean somebody should be able to ask for their money back because they didn’t like the product right? Well apparently not with this company.
The blankets I got from this site are amazing! The softest and luxurious feeling blankets for $9.99. What?! Not only did I buy one for me but several for friends and family. I love this site.
