Recommended!
I had to change my plan and the customer support was fast. Is a really good service, and super affordable! It costs like 5 times less than services like apex hosting. And still is reliable and works perfectly.

The company needs more staff like Marcus
I will put 4 stars, i hosted my network server and one of the staff member (Marcus) help me allot with the setup and the support after the server is open, but 1 month later i want to cancel my sub and not continue to pay, i forgot to cancel the automatic payment and on 2 November the bill is payd, i open a support ticket on 3 November and told them i want a refund and i don't want to continue my server. The mister Olle is refusing to give me the money back because the reason is not valid FOR HIM. After talking with the Marcus again on the live chat i got my money back after 6 days.

Horrible customer service with purposely useless chat support. Had to fight thru the payment provider to get the refund they advertise. Buyer beware!

The setup is fast and the tools given…
The setup is fast and the tools given are easy to use.
There were occasions where the server reset its name and password allowing anyone who recognizes the default server name to join with the default server password.

Good price minor bugs
Good prices for hosting small community servers or playing with friends. The panel sometimes works a little slow and has some bugs.
I haven't needed to talk to support yet, so I can't give my opinion about it.
I recommend the host: Yes

Finally settled.
It took longer than I would have hoped for my server issue to be resolved but these guys don't quit I'll give em that. Fixed my problem quick as they could and now can finally enter my server :)

Excellent service yet again...
Excellent service yet again from Chris and the team at 365HOSTS.
I had some major issues (from our end, not 365HOSTS) that they responded to quickly and efficiently.
It's quality of service like this that keeps me as a loyal customer.
That is on top of having very fast servers that so far have not been beaten for the market I am in!
If you want your website hosted correctly and with one of the best in the country then 365HOSTS are the company to choose.
