Awesome Support.

Every time I have an issue with my hosting, the support team at 365 Hosts very quickly help me out and sort the problem.

Only today, I messed up and changed the wrong database password which broke my website and Neil Wilson came to the rescue and got my website back up and running in no time.

Thanks again Neil.

365Hosts : Brilliant! Just Brilliant.

365Hosts - I can say without any hesitation, that these guys are brilliant. Great product/service and amazing support. Quick to respond and always courteous, efficient and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I can wholeheartedly recommend 365Hosts, 100%.

Cant fault them!

I have had nothing but a great experience with 365Hosts. I know VERY LITTLE about website stuff and they are always helpful and solve me problems within a day. Highlight recommended.

365 hosts is an amazing company

365 hosts is an amazing company, during the transition from change from our old hosting company to 365 was effortless.

Chris in particular has an amazing customer care and passion for providing a great customer experience. Commercial cleaning services would have no issue in recommending 365 hosts.

Professional, reliable, excellent customer service

We are an SME and previously used a “build your own” website company to make our own site but it never really had that professional look and felt like our business had outgrown a DIY site. We got in touch with a number of companies and chose 365hosts for 3 reasons.
1.Value for money
2.Personalised customer service
3. Their knowledge and understanding of what we wanted.

They’re always quick to respond to any queries and the Support is impeccable.

First class customer service

A very helpful service with very good prices. These guys seriously know what they are doing. They listen to the customers needs and requirements and also, for me personally, offered advice on what they could do can take my website to the next level. Customer service has been superb. First class.

Outstanding!

I've used 365Hosts for almost a month now and I cannot fault them one bit. Straight from the off they helped me get my business up and running, all their support staff couldn't and still can't do enough to help me. They go well above and beyond what's expected of them.

I have consistently asked for help the last month with various things and theyve had them done, even helped with one of my own personal clients which in my mind is amazing of them.

If you're looking for a hosting company, you've already found the best. Reliable, fast, knowledgeable and friendly. What more can you ask for?

Excellent support from 365Hosts.

365Hosts took over our radio station streaming (pbradio.co.uk) soon after the station was set up to support the community through the Covid-19 crisis.

I cannot praise highly enough the help and support we have received. We are building a first-rate partnership based on mutual trust. The company is highly responsive and nimble. Best of all, there is a person on the end of the line!

We now have two stations being hosted by 365Hosts. The platform is stable with a high quality of sound.

Saved my site!

365Hosts technical support team was amazing! The developer of my website had missed renewing my hosting and was no longer in the business. I didn't really know what to do as I thought my site was lost for good.
I explained the situation to 365hosts support and they understood my problem were able save and restore my website files. They walked me through how to bring back my website so it was under my own account and control.
They are smart, quick and effective. I really glad I renew with them!

If you are looking for a hosting…

If you are looking for a hosting company that care and will go that extra mile, then go with 365.....only a few words, but when did you last feel personally cared for by a company? I don't remember the last time I felt genuinely cared for by a company until becoming a customer of 365, so thanks 365 for having me as a customer, three hundred and sixty five stars <3
