Tal y como se puede leer en comentarios previos, el problema de realizar pedidos a esta web es que cuando te envían el producto tienes que abonar las tasas de aduana que no se incluyen en el precio.

Por una simple junta de lavadora, me han hecho abonar más de 9 euros de tasas. Lo cual hace que pedir cualquier producto sea obviamente poco rentable.

As can be seen in previous comments, the problem with ordering from this website is that when they send you the product, you have to pay customs fees that are not included in the price.

For a simple washing machine part, they made me pay over 9 euros in fees. This makes ordering any product obviously not cost-effective.

I bought a replacement part at 365recambios.es website to be delivered in Mallorca. The process was very smooth and the part arrived in excellent condition the next day, but I'm feeling quite misled by the company (The official supplier of replacement parts for Indesit)

When the total price was presented as € 41,86 (product: €28,87 + next day shipping: €12,98) there was no mention of any future extra fee (IVA, import tax, or handling tax)

Shortly after dispatch, I received an email from DHL asking me to pay for IVA and processing fees at customs. It added to the cost of the purchase €27.72 ( 21.66 of "Gestion de despacho" + €6.06 IVA)

Because "365recambios.es" is a Spanish website and the company delivers from France, I was not expecting it would not attract any extra fees. In any case, It's common sense and good manners to inform of any extra fees before finalizing a sale.

The second is a problem of optimization. I work for a company exporting items from the UK worldwide. We ship our items DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) because the processing fee from the carrier is much lower (in our case 5 x lower) than what I was charged.

P.S. I've sent a similar note to the company two days ago and have no reply so far.
