Good service

I have been a customer for a very long time and have always been very impressed by their service. The last order on 11March was delivered within 3 days !
I have been informed by them that a serious online security breach had taken place so , if anything, that obviously needs rectifying. If this happens I will continue to shop with them.

Do not use them, they have taken the money and not sent the medications.

Ordered pain meds for one of my cats two weeks ago. A week later they said due to technical difficulties they had been unable to receive the payment and sent a link to pay, which I did by Barclaycard. Now their website is down and they are using a ‘sister’ company called vetuk.co.uk. I still have not received the meds.
Do not use these people.

Do not use. Unprofessional and useless

If I could give a minus review I would do so. They took my order, sent an order confirmation and then did nothing. I chased by phone but they are only available for 4 hours a day. I sent emails but they were ignored. The site was then marked as in administration. They then asked for more money and also redirected me to their 'sister site'. According to the email they sent me they had received my money before confirming my order. i had to get a new prescription from my vet, pay extra to expedite it, pay more to get the drugs from another site, do loads of emails and chasing third parties by phone and email to get the order elsewhere so my old dog did not run out of meds. Just do not deal with these money grabbing unprofessional uncaring people. They are useless. avoid at all costs.

Utter nightmare

Nightmare organisation to deal with; admin hell to get them to accept vet’s prescription. Took two weeks for drugs to arrive and now just been told that their system has been hacked and all payment card details have been stolen including name, address, card number, expiry etc so have had to cancel card. Avoid at all cost.

My dog is dying of cancer - painkillers not sent

My dog is dying of cancer. I ordered his painkillers from here and provided the prescription paying for first class delivery.

It's a week later and they still haven't arrived. I've run out of painkillers.

Even allowing 3 days to process a prescription when other companies process the same day, they have still missed the delivery window.

I will NOT be ordering from this company again.

Exceptionally poor service.

Exceptionally poor service.
Been well over 2 weeks and still not received my order.
No updates, nothing.
Very, very disappointed.
The final result was the order was delivered 3 weeks after initial order.
I will not use this company again.

Poor delivery times creating a broken system

Poor delivery times. I ordered on a Monday and as there is no service available to check on my orders in the account tab I had to contact them to make sure they’d received it. Responded on the Wednesday but still nothing to say it’s been dispatched, it’s now Saturday! Prescription driven orders should be dealt with quicker, that’s why they’re on prescription as it’s a necessity.
I will in future look at other providers as this service is just not working.

365Vets were brilliant with supplying 100ml Semintra

365Vets were brilliant when we were almost out of Semintra and from order to delivery the timescale was just a couple of days. (We had been badly let down by a competitor who took 9 days to eventually inform us they couldn't honour our prescription).

Quicker Despatching needed

Medicine tablets not arriving early, gave them a ring . After a fairly long wait in apparent queue, a well spoken polite lady answered. She checked details and confirmed ordermade on 14th, processed 15th but not handed to Royal mail to 17th a friday so had W/end standstill. My order did not arrive untill 21st by tracked mail. Feel that their process internally needs to improve to get despatching done quicker as it is letting them down.

Tablets missing.

Tablets missing.

Paid £92 for 56 Fortekor Flavour tablets for my dog. Have just received the package and only half of the tablets have been sent. Have emailed them about this. No response yet. Just hope they will send the rest.

Unable to pay

Unfortunately I am unable to complete my transaction as the payment screen glitches by loading over and over only way to get out is to shut down or reload page which removes item from basket.

A1 service

After waiting over a week for medication and having no correspondence by a competitor I cancelled my order with them and placed it with 365Vet. I cannot praise the service Ive recieved from 365Vet enough, my dogs medication was delivered within 2 days! Absolutely fantastic, will certainly be using again...thank you.

Definitely recommended

I've used 365vet for a few years now. Main issue is the customer service line is open a few hours/day but on the whole I've had a brilliant service. Quick turnaround for orders and if I'm about to run out, drop them an email and they sort it that day.
I would definitely recommend
Will continue to give 365 my business

Great service

Had the item I wanted in stock, others didn't. Dodgy start trying to pay but once I changed payment option to PayPal order sailed through. I received an email with receipt and confirmation that there was 1 repeat on
the prescription. Item arrived two days later.x

Online ordering system is poor

Range of goods and prices were fine but I simply couldn't get the online ordering system to work and I tried multiple times over several days. As someone else pointed out, their phone support is limited - 10 until 1 Mon to Fri - so I couldn't even easily sort out the issue that way. In the end I just gave up in frustration.

Great Service

I have used 365Vet for some time now and have always had great service. I had a small issue with timing of getting my latest prescription for my dog due to not being sure if his meds would be changed so the prescription order was quite late leaving me with not many tablets left. I telephoned explained and they said it would get sorted that day, within approximately 20mins I received an email my order was ready for despatch..
Polite and friendly customer service.
Highly recommend and will definitely continue using 365Vet.
