This company is really bad
This company is really bad, worst customer experience, still waiting for 2 parts from my order that was shipped on 9th March and it is now 27th March and still not received, i have email them over and over again and you dont get a response from them!

Great item, poor delivery and transparency
It is a great product and does exactly what I needed, unfortunately the delivery time was to long and the company’s location was not transparent with the item being delivered from overseas.

Potential quality control issue
One out of the two "low noise" actuators is really crunchy when activated and the other is normal, but still not particularly quiet.
Unsure about the quality of the product, maybe I just received bad batch. Quality control may be an issue.

So far, so very good.
Although the range of devices is small and varies week to week, what has been supplied has been reasonably priced and promptly delivered. All parts have worked as specified, and no time has been wasted weeding out poorly cloned parts (as per my experience with some large-scale non-specialist vendors). They provide good supporting information, and this gives me confidence that they know what they are about. When starting a new project, my first move is to see what 383D can supply.
