Super god service

Very bad service and damage cars stay far from this spam comapny

Not a good experience with this workshop.
I have had an appointment on 13-03-23 at 9:00 am in this workshop through Falk subscription in order to change my winter wheels to summer wheels, but actually I didn't need them to change my wheels because I had already have changed them in another workshop at 8:00. So I just needed them to take my winter wheels and store them as I have this service from Falk company. But when I was driving to 3B Biler workshop I realized that one of my wheels is loosing pressure, so I drove slowly to 3B Biler workshop.
There was a lady sitting in the reception. I explained the situation to her and told her that "I don't need you to change my wheels but instead I need to ask you to check one of my wheels that is loosing pressure."
First she said that I need to pay if they need to work on it, and I asked for the service cost and she said that "if there is a hole in your tire you need to pay around 450 DKK" and the way that she was talking was not friendly at all. I said okay but let's see first what is the problem and then she left the office and went to the workshop. After couple of minutes she came back and said that they cannot fix my wheel but they can take my winter wheels. But the pressure in my wheel was too low and it was not possible for me to drive to any other workshop. So I asked her to at least put some air in my wheel to be able to drive to any other workshop and she was still refusing that and it was supper shocking for me. She left the office for second time and came back and told me that I have to drive close to the workshop door (I mean she did not let me get into the workshop and I had to stay outside under rain). I did drive close to the door as she ordered and while we were waiting for someone to come and pressure up my wheel I asked that lady to tell me why they cannot fix my wheel and she said that we don't have time for it, and I said, but I have booked an appointment for 30 minutes at 9:00 and it is still 8:45 so you must be able to at least check my wheel and tell me what is the problem but she again refused any help with absolutely rude and aggressive manner. I did not have any other choice as I was not able to drive anywhere else, which If I had, I would definitely do it after the first part of this conversation.
Then a person came out from the workshop and adjusted the pressure in my tire, but I have realized that when he was about to put the intake cap back on the wheel, he noticed that something is wrong with the intake. I saw that wired motion in his hand but he didn't say anything and put the cap back on my wheel and left us. Then that angry lady toled me that I have to take my wheels out of my car by myself, but I was not able to do it as I have a serious problem on my back and I said to her that I can't do it and she said that she also has problem in her back. Then I said that I'm not asking her to do it, but there must be someone here to do it for me and she said that they don't have time to do it. I was completely speechless.
Then she went again to the workshop and after couple of minutes someone came and helped me to take my wheels out and I really don't know what they did with my winter wheels after that, because they just left them outside under the rain and left. I just took some pictures of them and left.
I went to my workplace and called road assistant through my insurance company to come and check my wheel. Then they came and fixed my wheel in les than 10 minutes. Yes, the problem was with the small part inside the intake.
I have two cars and unfortunately the spare wheels of both of them are stored in 3B Biler workshop. So I need to contact Falk customer support and ask them to help me to take all of my wheels to any other workshop.
