Disappointing experience
We purchased an iPad that straight away we were having issues with, hardly charges and doesn't hold charge for long, we get barely 40 minutes on it before it dies after being 'charged'. We've purchased other chargers and still the same issue. We emailed right away and were given hardly any help. Our experience has been disappointing and we definitely feel like we have wasted our money.

Our sincere apology your having issue with the iPad purchased. We are aware you are in Australia and finding possible way we can resolve the issue. In normal circumstances we ask client to send the devices here to test and fix or swap in this case we are working with client to find a solution.
We sell over 100+ iPad each month and though we test and pass all checks on all iPads before sending we just need to see what’s exactly issue with this unit which we will know once we have unit here for assessment.
Rest assured we sure either fix your issue or swap for the good unit .
