i am dissatisfied with the service. i purchased the most expensive bot on the marketplace and ended with 7 hours of customer support that didn't lead to anything.. my case was never solved and had to ask for a refund

Never signed up for 3commas yet since a couple of days I receive countless emails from them! Obviously someone either signed me up against my wishes or more likely they bought / scraped data from some data broker! In either case spamming emails to an unverified address is not the behavior of a trustworthy company.
Edit:
Regarding the reply given by 3Commas. I can confirm that one of the initial emails I received was regarding the email confirmation which I obviously didn't follow as I never signed up. While I find their response admirable it doesn't address the underlying issue that I received emails past the initial email confirmation message. How is it appropriate to send marketing communications to a still UNVERIFIED address?

On 21st July, we saw an influx of approximately 75,000 new user registrations, which we suspect were created by bots. The email addresses were likely collected from one or more companies that may no longer be functional business entities.
It is important to clarify that 3Commas is not associated with this issue.
Please contact our team at support@3commas.io so we may delete this account for you.
To counter this, our team swiftly implemented an additional CAPTCHA to stop the automated registrations. Also, as part of our existing new user verification process, a confirmation message is sent to the registered address which only people with access to the email account can confirm before the new 3Commas account is fully created.
However, we advise all traders, whether 3Commas users or not, to stay vigilant and urge everyone to enable 2FA (multi-factor authentication) for their accounts.
