We have always been confident in the quality of our cards, as evidenced by the positive reviews we have received. We even offered to reimburse your return postage and requested the return of the cards after you left an inaccurate review, but they were not returned. Upon following up on the matter, we discovered that you may have had a connection, either direct or indirect, to the pop card business. This is a disappointing situation, as we are not your true competitor. Conventional cards are the real competition for 3D pop cards. It's regrettable that such a negative approach was taken to defame our business. Healthy competition drives innovation and helps improve products and services to serve customers better and benefit society.

Since you are unsatisfied with the cards, you can return them to us as long as they are in their original condition. If you enclose a copy of the receipt for your return postage, we can also reimburse your return postage.

Thank you very much for your feedback! Yes, the little basket of sunflowers and birthday cake cards is a new type of card design for kids. This type of design is trying to make the cards look like craft art, on which you can write a short wish as well. The little ones can expand the cards out, and the cards can sit on flat surfaces, so they can be appreciated every day and not like regular cards usually put into a drawer or box.
If you are not satisfied with this type of card, it’s totally ok that you send them back and exchange them for something else, or we can make a refund. Our business is all about joy and surprises – in a good way😊. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you want to exchange or a refund.
