I ordered a crystal of myself and my daughter for myself and both sets of grandparents. They are absolutely amazing, to see a perfect picture in three dimensions is really different!. I also purchased display stands ( not expensive) for underneath. They are absolutely stunning, classic keepsakes and great gifts, I wish I'd known about this company when I got married . They are a priceless memory caught in glass. The light up feature underneath makes them into little lights too. Great service, couldn't have asked for more.

Excellent crystals, this is my second order, professional team, great communication from start to finish, highly recommend!

I ordered a crystal with a picture of my 3 grandchildren sitting together. I received the crystal quite quickly, it was nicely packaged too. All though I was initially disappointed, my wife loves it. It needs to be displayed properly to get the full effect.

Do NOT waste time or money on this dreadful company no communication with regards to my letdown order
I had ordered 10 days before not receiving my package therefore After several attempts I made contact (No contact number) To be told (not even in English) they had sent me several emails which I had not received telling me that their machine had broken and my order had not been processed totally disgusting service
I expected to receive my order to hand as a gift and I have been totally let down my advice stick to UK Customer Service
So annoyed, I can’t even be bothered with punctuation marks!

What is several emails? I received one after chasing several times. And you finally told me you’re machine had broken LIAR 😡

I ordered from 3D crystal and received my crystal within a few days. I was very pleased with the quality, but a the image (from a photo) wasn't centred very well. I emailed them with images showing the issue and they responded immediately saying another crystal would be sent out. This arrived within a few days and was perfect! I am very impressed with the service and would recommend this firm. Thanks Alan at 3D Crystal!

We have now had 6 crystals for different occasions from 3Dcrystalshop.co.uk and their work is exceptional -we are so pleased with every crystal we have ordered and our gifts have given friends and family so much pleasure from family photos to pets. The LED light under them is a must!!

I ordered a crystal as a Christening present for a 10 year old lad and his 2 little brothers who lost their Mum in childbirth at 34. My original photo was low resolution and they took the time to call me and see if I had a better copy. 3 days later it arrived absolutely perfect. I cant recommend these people highly enough. I am over the moon with the beautiful memorial crystal I bought for my friend who has said goodbye to her beautiful dog. I just know she will love it....even though it will make her cry, I'm sure.

From easy ordering, great communication, very fair prices, and ultra fast delivery, there really is nowhere else to go for these stunning items.

Another plus is that they are made here, in the UK, unlike many others that come from abroad and take an age to arrive.

My only disappointment, on this occasion, is that the presentation box was very scruffy and literally falling apart. Thankfully I had a suitable box to hand, so I found new padding and reused the lovely dark blue silk fabric from the original.

Simply stunning. There are so many websites out there claiming to doing the same thing. Don't look any further however. You will not be disappointed. I had my late cats image put into a crystal and it brought me to tears when I received it. It is so life like.

Hi, I’ve just received my order, I chose the 3D crystal iceberg with round rotating LED light base & they look absolutely amazing, better than I could have ever imagined. They arrived really quickly & were beautifully packaged, excellent communication throughout. I’m sure the recipients of these gifts will be as blown away by them as I was, wouldn’t hesitate to use you again.

Absolutely delighted with Heart shaped crystal. Wasn't sure on photo how it would come out as had background in it, but they took that out and only the couple in photo remained. Great service, Highly recommend; you won't be disappointed with service and product. Arrived within 2 days, makes superb Wedding Anniversary gift. In presentation box....top notch!

I used a very personal imagine that I thought was a little bit blurry but even so, the crystal detail is incredibly crisp and the item is flawless - far better than I ever imagined, and delivery was so quick! I ordered a 3D crystal of a photo of my late Dad as a Christmas gift for my Mum. Alan emailed me to say he couldn't get it done in time as so busy, which I appreciated. But he did manage to get it done and delivered in time for Christmas and I am so grateful. The crystal is exquisite and my Mum loved it. It was a very treasured gift. The detail was superb.
