Good Service
Fast free delivery, and very reasonably priced products, the spacific filament I got was was over £12 cheaper than amazon for the same thing. May not always be the case though.

Bad spooling nearly broke my machine

Have been in touch with them about the issue, things were properly discussed about the issue and I'm happy about the measures that will be taken to prevent the issue from happening again.
As stated below the quality of the material is splendid, delivery was fast and the free sample was muchly appreciated. I will definitely be ordered again when needed.
I will leave my original review below but will amend the rating now things have been dealt with.
ORIGINAL:
I'm split on this review.
The filament quality is really good and I have been having great success with the print pieces themselves, some minor faults but mainly due to printer settings which is on me. I've only ordered samples before which were also high quality so this is my first 1KG spool ordered.
It arrived fast and came in a resealable packaging which was a nice touch for storage again once printing is done.
The biggest issue, like the title, was how badly the filament was spooled. It was like it had been fed under already spooled parts of the filament and would get caught and almost stuck during printing but pull itself free for the most part.
It came to a tipping point where it wouldn't pull free and was instead bending my spool arm and upon stopping the print the printer head couldn't even return to the homing position and was instead pulled back to the center by the taught filament, this ruined my chance to continue the print which was 6 hours in to a 14 hour print.
I had to unspool the entire thing where at the literal end of the spool the filament was under the last two wraps of itself and spooled it myself but neatly.
Since then it has been great and if for not having the risk to my machine, a waste of filament from that print where it got stuck and needing to respool the entire thing I would have given a much higher review.
I've even reached out about this issue and had no response so 1 star it is.
