Excellent personal service

Small companies often manage to be personal and respond well. Then they grow bigger and the everything begins to crumble at the edges.
So nice when that does NOT happen.

Over several years I've needed support from 3DGBIRE, and though I would never be described as an important customer, the service has been first rate.
Fast, individual, bright and knowledgable people dealing in a professional and effective manner.
I think I've praised the company three times so far, and they have richly deserved it every time.

Great Customer Service

Great customer service chat from 3DGBIRE Chris rang to check everything was ok with our recent filament order. He also offered help and advice about our Ultimaker 3D printer firmware update. Good to talk all things 3D with them as usual.

Top quality personal service.

Been struggling to get the most out of our Raise Pro2 printers and Chris Hunt from 3DGBIRE has been invaluable in offering advice and service to get us printing well with more complex materials like TPU and Carbon Fibre. Recommend 3DGBIRE to anyone and ask for Chris.

Superior service of Ultimakers

Your engineers recently came out and serviced our two Ultimaker 3D printers. They did a fantastic job and we got a chance to discuss recent developments in tooling and materials with an expert onsite with us. Firstly I’d like to thank you for reaching out and inviting ourselves to the Ultimaker and Meltio event. There has been some valuable learnings taken from the day that I believe will help our processes and improve the reliability of our equipment. It has also given us some ideas how we would like to bring in some of the new technologies into our workplace, to develop, repair and improve equipment components and potentially reduce equipment downtime.

Secondly, Can you send our thanks to Karl and Alex who took the time to look at our material station and get this back in working order, the timings of the unit failing (although unfortunate) couldn’t have been more fortunate and the guys did great in diagnosing and repairing the problem in a quick turn around for us to take back with us.

Thirdly, a big thanks to Tom. The 3D scanning training he provided today was really good, we’ve taken away some more insight to the process and we’re looking forward to now being able to use the equipment properly. Additionally he went above and beyond in, showing us some new settings, tips and advice for Cura and materials.

Lastly, a final thank you to the rest of the team. The passion and the work ethic within 3DGBIRE is clear to see.

Great Team!

I sent my printer in for maintenance as the screen had stopped working, they fixed the issue and tuned my printer at the same time, it's back to working as new! Jack kept me regularly updated about the status of the machine and fixed it in a timely manner. highly recommend!

Complicated Consumables Order

What a great bunch of guys at 3DBIRE

What a great bunch of guys at 3DBIRE! I recently bought a 3D printer an encountered a few technical problems so after searching online for the closest place that could help and found 3DBIRE. I turned up unannounced, Jack immediately assisted me with not only exploring my options but also giving me in-depth info relating what they do day to day and answered every question I had no matter what it was. Patrick also went to great lengths to ensure that I left with the correct part to fix my problem a literally went above and beyond to ensure this. 5 stars isn’t enough for this place! If you have any needs 3D printer related these guys are without doubt the guys to go to.

Dead impressed

A week after installing our printer, we'd had some build issues - suspected out of date material but we didn't know where to begin.

Tom came over, talked us through the calibration process, did a test build and sorted our machine out. We've since run a build and it's been perfect. Tom is generally a fountain of knowledge for additive manufacturing!

We had major issues with the level bed…

We had major issues with the level bed and other things with our new Ultimaker 3S. I connected Ultimaker online and they sent me, trouble shoots tasks, which unfortunately didn't work either, I then got a email from Chris Hunt from 3DBIRE, saying that they need to have the machine back for testing etc. I explain that we need our machine back ASAP as we had a very important open evening for our school. Chris pulled all the stops out for this with his servicing team but they struggle finding the problem and said they need help from Holland. Then I got a massive shock when he said that they were sending us a new S3 to use FOC to use for our open evening, whuixh by the way was a massive success thanks to Ultimaker and 3DBIRE. I am so impressed with the service and regular updates over our machine from 3DBIRE, I will recommend and shout how good they are. A massive,massive thank you.

fantastic service

Excellent service from the team. We had a problem with a recently purchased Ultimaker. It was originally purchased from Farnell, not 3DGBIRE but I was passed on to them to carry out a warrantee repair by Ultimaker. Faultless service - easy to arrange pickup and completed the repair in 1 week, now on its way back to me. Very happy to recommend 3DGBIRE.

Adam has looked out for us and has had good contact with us over the past year. The Support folks (Patrick & Chris) have also been really helpful with setup and technical challenges on behalf of the manufacturers. Most parts or consumables we've requested are quoted for and shipped next day.
