Extremely disappointed with them, they are scammers
1) Delivery window mentioned on the website is 7 to 10 Days while they do not even start the process in that time. It took them 1 and half month to deliver
2) Accuracy - There is 0% accuracy in the models , after 20 days when they finally shared the 3d model for approval , i clearly said it is no where close to the picture i had shared and they say that i can suggest 1 revision and after that they are going to charge more. After the revision still there were no real updates but they insisted that once they do the paint it will look very accurate.

Offcource there were no updates from them and i had keep msgng them to get updates and after one and half months when the product was delivered it was no where close to actual image

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with stature 3d. I ordered a custom statue and paid ₹9,211/-, but even after two months, the statue has still not been delivered.

Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response, no clear timeline, and no refund. At this point, it honestly feels like a ₹9,211/- scam, as two months later the statue is still not delivered.

Very frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before placing an order.

This company is totally fraud. First they talk very big-big promises and make you believe that they will give top-quality work. But what they deliver is very poor and completely different from what was discussed. The final output looked like a dull black-and-white copy of the original, not at all what I had asked for.

When we question them, their behavior becomes very defensive and rude. Instead of accepting their mistake, they start saying that if you don’t “understand” the changes (even after asking them many times to explain properly), then they can do anything as they wish.

There is no proper customer support at all only WhatsApp chatting. They never connect you directly with the designer, so it becomes almost impossible to clearly explain your requirements and get the work done correctly.

After waiting over a week for a revision, I received a file with virtually no changes at all. It genuinely feels like they don’t even have professional designers working with them. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money.

Very disappointing to see that after spending ₹8,000, I received a virtual design that is not even 10% similar to what was promised. It feels like a complete waste of money. I will make sure to raise a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline portal regarding this pathetic service.

My story is that I messed them I asked the cost of it and how long it will take they said the story . Then one day, I payed the money fully with out, barking them . I said it is urgent order they fixed it, and they said they will give but did not call any time, did not give any updates any time . I was forcing to make fast and calling them every day . But they gave after 10 days for my date . Very, very, very fraud, peoples, not recommending this . Waste for giving for much money .

​I placed an order for 3D miniatures several months ago, and while my payment was processed instantly, I have yet to receive the product. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support via email and messaging, I have received no response. The total lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company and suggest others exercise extreme caution before ordering.

Been over month without any concrete delivery timeline. As per website delivery was supposed to be 8 to 10 days but they didn't even contact back for 15 days and after constant pressure they finally replied back but now there is no delivery timeline.

They'll not ship the order. I placed my order months ago and they are not shipping it. They have disabled all their numbers so you can't call and verify. Do not waste money. All their positive reviews are fake and made by their own employees.

Ordered this in memory of my late grandfather and it honestly feels like he is still with us. The facial expression and posture are captured beautifully. Every family member got emotional seeing it.

I am writing this review after facing so many things in their service. Don't get fooled by seeing their high reviews. I faced this now and will explain everything what I had gone through. They have literally cheated me with a false commitment on delivering the product. I contacted them on 19th July. They promised that their product will be 80-90% of actual. So I placed order for 10.5k for 10inch. I did the payment on 29th July. They asked for 15days time and promised that product will get delivered on 15th day. They shared a 3D model in picture. Design was good so I asked them to go ahead on 1st Aug. It took more than 20days for them to show me the product without paint. I was not happy with the product. But they said it is perfect and will be good if you see it straight rather than viewing as a picture. I paid full amount and asked them to deliver. For all this follow up, they will never reach you or apologize for any delay. You need to keep following with them and they will give you lame replies. If you don't follow up, you will not receive the product. After I received the product, it was just 50% of the actual. I would have shared the picture of actual and what I received but don't wanna do as it will expose the image of the person. I am deeply disappointed with the service and with the product. When we contacted them back again. You will not receive any reply from them. This is how they cheat you. They will not escalate it with their manager or owner as well. You need to be behind them for everything.

If you still wanted to buy things from them it will be a big nightmare for you. So decide on it carefully.

I would not give even 1star in the rating but there is no choice for it.

Very worst support provided by the company. Taken full amount upfront and still i am waiting for my product till now. Dont get trapped in their fake promises they are scammers

These people are pure scammers. I paid Rs.4330 Rupees for making a miniature figurine on 25-Sep-2025. The order was supposed to be delivered between 3rd to 6th october. Today is 10-Nov-2025, and they dont even bother to even send a message.

I tried to visit them, but their company address is fake. They do not send you any Invoice for the amount paid, in the order confirmation there is not even a GST number.

Please do not lose your valued money to these fraudulent scammers.

Received my miniature 4 days ago from Stature 3D… it’s really special and emotional for me. Thank you for making it so perfect 🙏
