You are so expensive shop, I was just in rush, my shops sold out resins what iam usually buying with them.
Thats why they have those resins in stock, nobody going for shop from europe, which is 15-20% more expensive then others, and shipping, other companies have it free

Wow that was fast and easy
Wow that was fast and easy! Well done 3DPartnershop! Got it 8 days after I ordered it (part for a Phrozen Sonic Mighty 4K, that no one else had).
Lost parcel with no help.
Absolutley AWFUL!
Placed an order for 5 kg of resin. It was expensive. £120. The resin was shipped with the incorrect paperwork so is currently being helf at customs. Or was placed on the 23rd Jan and i still don't have it!
Thsi was the response I got from 3dPartnershop where they take responsibility for nothing... and offer me a £20 refund. NO offer of refund or replacement. Please avoid this company.
"It is not our fault that the carrier in this case, UPS, caused so many problems. This is of course not a normal situation, but various random things happen with the parcels like loss, damage, delay.
In this case, it is an export parcel, because UK is no longer in the EU and its customs clearance usually delays the shipment by several days.
We are not responsible for the package once it leaves our warehouse. We are also not responsible for customs services. We do not monitor every parcel because it is not possible and this task belongs to the customer. You certainly understand this as an entrepreneur.
I would like to emphasize that the lack of commercial documents that should have been with the parcel was not our fault and we are not able to determine whether the carrier lost the documents attached to the parcel or something completely different happened, and we have the moment of sending the parcel and placing export documents on it recorded on cameras from the day of shipment. This does not change the fact that the parcel is still not with the recipient, for which we are very sorry, so we propose the following.
In this case, the return of this parcel will involve another mass of formalities, papers and double transport costs, which we cannot agree to, because it is not our fault as the seller.
We're offering a £20 refund and an additional discount voucher for future purchases.
Taking into account the rather specific product and its limited availability in the UK and EU, I hope that this will be a satisfactory solution for you."

I have reached out to UPS three times. They say the documents must all be supplied by yourself! I have given them all the info they asked for. I regularly import materials.THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD ISSUE AND YOUR RESPONSES HAVE BEEN TERRIBLE!
