Found the cablecaps system through cults3d. However, upon purchasing I realized a lot of the items in the listing and user manual are not included. A week later and no response.
Edit: received a response where they openly admit that they changed the description on the listening after I had already purchased the item. Thankfully, I made sure to document the listing before they changed it.

The files were advertised and delivered exactly as intended. This information is included inside the download package, specifically in the README files, which explain how the files are meant to be used and how to apply colors (including using the paint tool in Bambu Studio).
We’ve had over 10,000 customers successfully print these files using both single-color and multi-color setups. At this point, you are the only person raising this issue, which strongly suggests this is not a problem with the files themselves."
I was asking for assistance, and this is what she sent. What good is having support that does not support but condescend customers.
Good luck, buy at your own risk. I would definitely not pay for their resale option if this a reflection of how they are going to treat you when you ask questions.

I enjoy the models and really like the community. All the courses are helpful and help anyone just getting started. I can't wait to see it grow.
I liked that it was a quick and easy course to finish. It took my about an hour to finish the beginner course. Definitely some good nuggets of information to get people started on their journey.
