Excellent service and communication
I had a query, so I sent an email. I received a very prompt reply clearly answering my query so 5/5 for communication. I susequently placed an order for 2 filament storage boxes,which were promptly despatched and delivered within two days of order by the carrier. I would rate this company as excellent.

Excellent, friendly service
I needed an American item to fix my printer, but the shipping from the US took too long. Managed to find a UK stockist - 3D PRINTZ. I spoke to them on the phone before ordering to check delivery times, and they were friendly and very helpful. I had notification that the item had been shipped within the hour, and it arrived promptly, very well packed and even came with free sweeties, which made my daughter’s day! And my printer is now working again! Would definitely recommend and will order from 3D PRINTZ again.

Excellent material, bronze PLA
Delivery was on time, and for the incredibly low price the material is producing some of the cleanest prints I have had ( P1S printer).
