I ordered a custom linen shower curtain with a waterproof lining. 3HLinen was communicative from beginning to end. The shower curtain exceeded my expectations. I will definitely order from them again.

I was a bit hesitant when I ordered my curtains from 3HLinen. Their products are relatively expensive, and I have had some issues with online vendors in the past. However, the beautiful deep burgundy red curtains (with lining) that I received were worth every penny I paid for them. They are beautiful and look custom made. It took a while for them to arrive because some of the needlework is hand done. I would enthusiastically recommend 3HLinen to my friends.

This company is THE best.
I needed a 16" drop linen bedskirt, and I found it here.
It was made to order, but the turn around was surprisingly quick. The communication was fantastic, and the quality was top notch.

Excellent communication on the process of making and shipping our curtain.
We ordered a linen curtain for our patio door with blackout lining and it is fantastic! When the sun in beaming in we get a little bit of light through the fabric which is exactly what we wanted. But it keeps the room cooler and doesn't look like a big square box on the wall! 😂

These curtains turned out beautifully and look exactly how I imagined. I’m very pleased with the final result.

The makers kept me posted along the way as to how the bed skirt was coming along and where it was being inspected. I am thrilled that it is so lovely. It is full and softly falls to the floor. The gathers are impeccably sewn. Although the fall is almost 17 inches, I got 18. It’s a very pretty bed skirt.

My experience with the company was great. I received the items within the time expected. The fabric is at the level of 5 diamond hotels. The curtains do the job as detailed in the description of the website. Just remember to place your curtains at the right height to receive the effectiveness of black out curtains. The customer service was at apple inc levels!

Took nearly 3 weeks to receive the order and at the end received the wrong colour. Poor customer service. Overpriced. I read the reviews before purchasing but now wonder if they were not fake. Hard to believe anyone would be happy.

We received our linens and were very pleased with everything. The workmanship, the materials, the fit and the company kept us informed from the order placement to the day it was shipped from their facility.

This item is absolutely outstanding. Every detail is carefully executed, and the construction is incredibly solid. The linen fabric is of exceptional quality, thick, and durable. I am beyond pleased with my bed skirt and feel completely confident shopping here again in the future.

After a frustrating and drawn-out process, the company did eventually issue a refund for the duvet and matching pillowcases. However, it took eight emails and opening a dispute with my credit card company before the return was honored. So while the issue was ultimately resolved to my satisfaction, it was far from a smooth or customer-friendly experience.

To recap:

The product I received did not match what was advertised. The colored duvet was shown on the website as made from two wide panels of linen with clean side seams, but the actual item had a prominent center seam on both sides—clearly pieced together from four smaller panels. It looked cheap and unfinished, and I wouldn’t have ordered it if the product images had been accurate.

Customer service initially acknowledged the discrepancy and offered a replacement in a different color (white, gray, or neutral) due to differences in fabric widths—but none of those were acceptable substitutes. When I asked for a refund, including for the pillowcases bought to match, the request was denied.

Other concerns that added to the overall poor experience:

Misleading product images

Unclear return policies and “custom” order labeling

Shipping timelines not accurately represented

Heavy reliance on automated customer service

Website gives the impression of a U.S.-based company, but items are made overseas

While I did receive a set of white curtains from a separate order that met expectations, the hassle required to resolve the duvet issue has completely eroded my trust in this company.

The customer service at 3HLinen is professional and supportive.

The linen bed skirt is perfect and pretty.
