Not very happy with the product
My purchase experience was good, but I’m not happy with the product itself. The tipet-style lid doesn’t suck up any product, so I just have to dip it in and wipe it on the back of my hand. The formula also messes with my foundation and makes it separate and last half the amount of time it normally does. I’ve used it once and won’t be using it again unfortunately, so a bit of a waste of money.

3ina recommendation without success
As I was not very sure if the foundation that the chat box recommended was suitable for me, I spoke with a girl from 3ina by email about which one she recommended, I sent her my photo and she made me a recommendation for a makeup base, but unfortunately it is quite a bit darker than my skin, so I have a foundation that I can't use. I bought a product to lighten the color of the foundation a little, but the tone is still different. My tone is warm and the recommended one is a cold tone.

I am still waiting for my package. It arrived in Canada, I paid the customs fee and now it is back in Europe…

Very thick, lumpy mascara
Very thick mascara, one of the colours I ordered (orange) came poorly mixed and it's so thick I can't even shake it to mix better....very lumpy results too... Eyeliners are great tho.

The perfect concealer
I’ve found the perfect concealer for me and it’s MINA concealer. This is the first time for me writing a review about a concealer, because it has a well performance for my dark circles and the fact that the shade is suit me is a bounce! All the concealer I’ve tried before from a well known brand didn’t give a sufficient result as this. I’m giving 4 star because I didn’t receive a sample foundation as the website show.

Issues resolved
Previously purchased 3ina products from Amazon and had problems with missing items so I thought that buying directly from the company would be a better experience.Sadly when I received my beautifully packaged box, there was an item missing again! The customer service chat was very confusing and I was unable to upload photos as requested as there is no option to do this. I am still waiting for an answer and whether I will receive a replacement. I am so disappointed because I love the products and was really looking forward to trying them out this weekend.
