Incredible support and assistance characterize this outstanding company.

A really excellent, professional service. Getting the tests done and results uploaded etc was really worrying me as we were a group of 6 and I didn’t want anything to go wrong. Maisie was great during the test process and Tracey has been on hand all 3 times I needed questions answered. I can’t recommend this company enough.

My supervised covid for travel test experience was excellent. I was extremely nervous about this process (as I had read many horror stories) however, they couldn’t have made it any easier. Tracey’s customer service and reassurance through the process was brilliant. Gill who completed the observed test was equally helpful and reassuring. Thank you.

Really good service, fast and efficient. Used them for both myself and partner when coming back from Canada after being let down by another provider recently. Was good to see a provider that cares about their customers.

Fantastic service and customer service even better. They responded immediately after the government changed legislation and allowed us to change from pre departure to day 2 tests. Negative confirmation came back within ten minutes with full certificate. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend.

Highly recommended - would not hesitate to use again. Incredible service with an instant reply (within less than 10 minutes on each of the three occasions we contacted the company) to any questions we asked via email. Prompt delivery of tests following our order, clear instructions, easy to use reporting system and above all a super quick (within about 5 to 10 minutes of uploading a picture of our tests) confirmation of the result with excellent certification that was fully accepted by - in our case - the Dutch authorities. All this despite it being the Christmas and New Year period. Also one of the cheapest LFT for travel providers we could find with great reviews - we paid £15 per test. Most who offer tests at this price don’t get great reviews or have longer wait times for results to come in (and with a 24 hour window this is a very important factor). Excellent!!!

This is a highly professional business, they do exactly what they say, deliver reliable testing on time, Tracy who runs the office is extremely helpful, we have used other companies but now only use 3six testing.

Our family live in the USA and travel to the UK a lot. This was our third time using 3six health and once again we had a great experience with them. Our tests were delivered quicker than they had originally stated and we had our results quickly allowing us to leave quarantine earlier than we had planned and then in time for our return flight. I would highly recommend and will continue to use for our family whenever we return to the UK.

Great assistance from Tracy, who represents the company in a calm and professional manner. Tracy's help was especially appreciated as covid travel can be quite a stressful challenge.

Tests were easy to do and upload. Didn't realise that usually their hours are 8am to 8pm so I got worried when we didn't receive any confirmation. I contacted the company and Tracy was very helpful and our travel certificates were processed out of hours so we had them for our early flight the next day.

Great company. Helped us loads when the rules changed whilst we were in USA. Shout out to Tracy especially as she was so helpful and reassuring. Test results returned in under 30 mins on Boxing day. Used this company twice now and reccomend highly.

The 2 and 8 day testing was good and efficient. I was nervous about the whole process but found them helpful and patient when I phoned with some questions.

Absolutely first class service, have used it multiple times now, completely reliable, these guys will not let you down, will not ruin your trip or leave you stranded. No call centres either, if you need help you talk to a human being. Highly recommended honourable company in a sea of sharks!

I have used several services and i will not be using this one again. The tests arrived late, and the results even later. My day 2 test had to be sent by courier to be taken on day 4. My 8 day test results arrived on day 13. So I was released by the test and trace system without having the conformation of a negative result

3SIX Testing is amazing. Not only was the ordering of the tests seamless. Delivery of the kits prior to the testing day was 100%. The kit was accompanied by a instruction sheet that contained both diagrams and written a explanation for ease of completion. There was no confusion on how to correctly obtain your swabs. The return priority post envelope reduced the hassle of ensuring delivery back to the lab. 3SIX also registered the specimens for me so I had nothing to do but swab and return. Turn around time for results was very rapid. I would definitely use this company on my next travel quarantine.

I was so impressed with 3six. I picked them at random, from the UK.gov list and chose a winner. The tests arrived in good time and the results were promptly returned. When contacted by 'phone, all the staff were patient and friendly. They have focused on delivering the day 2/8 tests efficiently and have acheived that, avoiding the tempation of over reaching. I have heard load of horror storied about PCRs, which do not apply
here. 3six made the experience of reuniting with my partner, after 14 months, as smooth, from the PCR aspect, as it possible could be. Thank you so much!
