15,000$ Fraud - 3UP Gaming partnership scam - Technical failure

"WARNING: 3UP Gaming (Alex/Nora) is a scam operation. I invested $15,000 USDT in a partnership that was fundamentally broken. They delivered servers with 210% CPU load and 6-second lag (which owner Alex admitted to in writing).

Once I requested a refund, they locked me out of the system and changed all passwords.

FULL TECHNICAL PROOF and chat logs are posted on the Two Plus Two (2+2) forums. Search for '3UP Gaming Scam Report' on 2+2 or Google to see the screenshots of their failed infrastructure and 6-second lag admissions. Avoid this company at all costs

We made every reasonable effort to support you throughout this process and to address the concerns you raised in a timely and professional manner.

Our team provided guidance and assistance at each step, however, the account setup process on your side was not fully completed despite these efforts. This limitation directly affected our ability to deliver the service as intended.
You requested a custom bot solution, and the full scope of the order was delivered as agreed. The system was functional upon delivery. Difficulties in running or deploying the system on your side do not constitute a scam.
The CPU usage figures you mentioned are being misinterpreted.
High CPU percentage readings depending on how they are measured do not necessarily indicate a system failure or performance issue. In many environments, CPU allocation can exceed 100% without impacting actual functionality. This had no negative effect on the operation of the product we delivered.
The issues encountered were related to setup, environment configuration, and usage on your side. Despite our team providing guidance, the system was not fully implemented as instructed, which led to the difficulties you experienced.

We stand by the quality of our infrastructure and the support we provide to all our partners. Situations like this are unfortunate, but they do not reflect the standard experience of working with us.

Best Regards

Selling fake AI Poker Bot software (Scam / Fraud)

I purchased a "Poker AI Bot" software from 3UpGaming (3upgaming.com) for $1,800. They advertised it as a professional tool using "Neural Networks and GTO strategy" to generate profit in poker games.

The Reality:

1. The product is a complete scam. It is not an AI; it is a primitive, broken script that loses money immediately (-58bb/100 winrate).
2. The software is full of bugs (folds winning hands, crashes constantly).
3. They refuse to provide refunds, claiming they are "not responsible for bad experience."
4. They use deceptive marketing, promising "zero ban rate," but provide flagged IP addresses that get accounts banned.
I have conducted a full technical analysis proving their product is fake. I have recorded video evidence and hand histories.

You can find the full investigation and proof in the poker-AI blog.

Do not buy from them. They will take your money ($1,200 setup + $600/month) and provide a non-working product.

We take all feedback seriously, but after reviewing this post, we have strong reasons to question its authenticity.

The pricing and service details mentioned do not match our actual offerings, and we have not been able to verify this reviewer as a real customer. A legitimate client would typically contact support, provide order details, and seek resolution directly rather than publish and SEO optimize content on a competing platform.

Additionally, the video presented as “evidence” is highly questionable. It clearly shows a controlled environment where one player appears to have visibility into the bot’s cards, making the outcome meaningless and suggesting intentional manipulation rather than an objective test.

The technical claims are also unreliable. Metrics like “58bb/100” without context such as sample size, format, stakes, or conditionsdo not constitute valid performance analysis.

It is also important to clarify a key point: calling something a “scam” implies taking money and delivering nothing. In this case, a product was delivered as requested. Expressing dissatisfaction with a product is not the same as fraud, and the distinction is fundamental.

Furthermore, the scale of effort behind this campaign building a website, investing in backlinks, and attempting to rank content raises a simple question: would a genuine dissatisfied customer go to such lengths instead of resolving the issue directly? Or does this indicate a coordinated attempt to harm our reputation?

We remain committed to supporting real customers through official channels. If this individual has a legitimate claim, we invite them to contact us with verifiable details so it can be properly reviewed.

We also encourage fair competition. The focus should always be on improving products and services not on attempting to discredit others through misleading and orchestrated content.
