The company were very helpful when I was looking, and then when I ordered they were despatched quickly. Very happy with my purchase. It’s only a shame that they won’t despatch to the UK.

Online order outside of Germany
I ordered a part online and paid using a method on their website and had confirmation from my bank and proof it was deposited into the account they use. And then I received a request for me to pay via PayPal using my PayPal account even though I already paid using iDEAL. I refused to pay twice. They said that iDEAL payment never went through which is a lie as my bank confirmed the funds were sent to the banking number that was shown belonging to this company. Then they canceled my order and went dark after I sent them the information from my bank that the money was direct deposited into their account. I feel scammed at this point and will be reporting them to PayPal as well and trying to deal with my bank to have the money refunded to me.
Updated review. The company couldn’t find my payment for a few days which caused some confusion on both ends but the company worked hard to track the payment issue and all was solved and they shipped my part quick. Friendly throughout all of it.
