Great Buy
I've been buying the ink for 3 printers/copiers at stables and I tried 499 inks and the product was the same, but a lot cheaper. I also tried the refurbished product which is a lot cheaper and is just as good. I would recommend 499 Inks to anyone that wants the same product at a good discount.

We received your email which you sent us 5 minutes before you posted this public review, and we will reply there shortly to resolve the issue. We appreciate having the opportunity to resolve your problem, which we think we will do because the issue you are reporting is not that the cartridge is "empty" but that the printer is giving you a message that it is "empty". This is common with your model, and a warning should be included with your item that your printer may give you an error that the cartridge is empty. The reason is because the printer is reading the circuitry on the cartridge, and there is a way around this (http://support.uni-kit.com/customer/en/portal/articles/578734-canon-inkjet-cartridges-low-ink-or-out-of-ink-message-canon-pg-30-cl-31-pg-40-cl-41-pg-50-cl-51-pg-210-pg-210xl-cl-211-cl-211xl-?b_id=1362). We will respond to you directly to ensure that we resolve this for you. Please be assured that no cartridge leaves our warehouse "empty" as they are all remanufactured and filled in professional factories and every cartridge is tested before being sealed.

I ordered some ink on September 19th ... the order was shipped on the 21st. Looking at the DHL tracking, it arrived in Canada on the 25th ... it is now the 30th and there has been no further tracking information and I have yet to receive the items I purchased.

Hello, your order was placed for delivery to an international destination with a 2-4 week delivery estimate as provided at checkout. It has been less than 2 weeks, however, you should expect delivery very soon as the average delivery to Canada takes 7-10 business days so delivery should be any day now, by the average. We provide a longer delivery estimate because delays can happen with customs in your country, but typically 99% of our Canadian customers get delivery within 7-10 business days, with 8 days being the average.
This was for our discounted economy shipping option. We are adding an expedited delivery option to Canada which would take 2-3 days, but it will be more expensive.
Thoroughly amazed
I have been so sick of the high cost and small amount of pages that the various ink cartridges that I have purchased from various sources over the past several years have provided, that I decided to take a huge chance on this company. I was 100% skeptical but desparate.
I received my order exactly when I was advised it would arrive. I immediately installed the cartridge, with low hope of it working properly. I was wonderfully surprised! Not a single problem with the compatibility, the first page printed, nor the dozen pages since. I think I have found my ink cartridge supplier! A company that has, so far, kept me accurately informed and appears to have provided a quality product at what I feel is a very fair price. You can probably detect that I still have a bit of skepticism, but, I am thoroughly satisfied so far!
