Kim was great to work with and tried to help the best she could. I ordered some beanies, based on what I like the feel of from other brands. The beanies came in and looked great, logo was exactly what I had hoped for, however they were very lightweight in comparison to other bigger clothing brands. Upon further inspection, the description of my item states 100% acrylic yarn however the tag on the product was 95% acrylic and 3% lycra with 2% missing completely? Anyways I spoke with Kim again and sounds like there are different weights in yarn itself for beanie products and I didn't like any of the designs with the heavier weight, so I have beanies that turned into giveaway items instead of merchandise. Long story short, I would recommend ordering sample items to make sure its exactly what you want first.
