So far the products are excellent except for the stress basketballs. The writing on them was too small. The problem here is customer service. I called twice for 2 separate reasons and the customer service guy lied both times. The first time he said he would send me a coupon to use in the future because I had missed adding the code for a discount. It was never sent. The second time I called to find out about where my package was. The 4AllPromo said it was going to be received on August 26. When I clicked the UPS tracking, it hadn't changed since the order label was created. The customer service guy said he would get back to me to let me know what was going on. I never heard from him again.
As nice as the products are, the customer service needs an overhaul. This type of performance is unacceptable.

This company is very helpful and efficient. They call you to confirm your order is correct and I truly enjoy the personalization and personal contact. They delivered the product I ordered quickly. The product was exactly as pictured in the ad. I would order from this company again.

The customer service is friendly and very helpful. We had a logo and our nonprofit name with website that their creative folks arranged for us. They gave us three choices. Once the option was chosen, our order came quickly. Our board of directors were very pleased.

The vendor is great!
It was easy to place the order and approve the final. Communication was great too! They provided a tracking number for the order. Unfortunately, some pens weren't printed clearly, but the vendor reprinted new ones at no cost. Other than that, we are happy with the product. This vendor is great!
