Terrible Customer Service
Delivered wrong item, refused to replace but said I could reorder. So I did (on next working day). Didn't arrive. Now told to reorder again (on next working day). They have said they will refund the non-delivered order and refund postage for the third order (but I have to phone them back on receipt of order), but the whole process is appallingly bad. Nothing can be replaced for any reason (even non-delivery) and has to be a re-order.

To make matters worse, telephone numbers on invoice are invalid so contacting 4Beko is difficult. Invoice is shown as from Screwfix Spares, so I phoned Screwfix, who gave me a number for Screwfix Spares who gave me a number for 4beko customer services!

Absolutely disgusted the way this company have treated my 82 year old neighbour. She ordered her part, which i had recommended she needed for her less than 2 year old Beko cooker, and paid £5.48 expedite for next day delivery. It took 7 days and when she questioned the cost of delivery she was dismissed with appalling emails.
Customer service in this “fake” Beko supplier is dreadful. Order at your own risk!

I am delighted to say that having ordered an ice bucket to replace the broken one in my Beko freezer. It arrived and was in service within 24 hours of placing the order. Well done BEKO

I ordered the replacement draw fronts for my freezer during lockdown for the COVID virus. They arrived within a few days, were well packaged and boxed and easy to fit. I so,wish that I had ordered them sooner.

We will definitely be considering future purchases of Beko equipment as their service was excellent. Thank you

Found site easy to use with a call number if required which I used, I added another part to my next day delivery to save extra postage charge. Outstanding customer service can't fault it. Items ordered early evening for next day delivery. Costs I found to be worth it. Arrived before 11am the next day. Orginal parts as described. Excellent secure packages. Ordered parts a couple were incorrect have contacted company on numerous occasions without response wish I had checked the review first.

web site was hard to navigate ...when checking for compatibility it just said beko models ....as itis a beko site it would do......so far waiting for refund...been 7 days supposed to be 3-5

Terrible service. Took payment, sent the wrong part then refused to refund for ten days. Still haven’t got the right part.
