Terrible Customer Service & Telephone numbers on invoice are invalid
Terrible Customer Service
Delivered wrong item, refused to replace but said I could reorder. So I did (on next working day). Didn't arrive. Now told to reorder again (on next working day). They have said they will refund the non-delivered order and refund postage for the third order (but I have to phone them back on receipt of order), but the whole process is appallingly bad. Nothing can be replaced for any reason (even non-delivery) and has to be a re-order.
To make matters worse, telephone numbers on invoice are invalid so contacting 4Beko is difficult. Invoice is shown as from Screwfix Spares, so I phoned Screwfix, who gave me a number for Screwfix Spares who gave me a number for 4beko customer services!
