TERRIBLE SERVICE BROKEN PROMISE
TERRIBLE SERVICE
Needed something urgently, warehouse was around the corner and website said it was in stock so I ordered it. Sent someone to pick it up, staff said they didn't have it in stock.
Called the call centre, they said it was in stock, but either way they'd ship it to us at no extra cost due to us being stuffed around.
A week later, it still hadn't arrived, was told it was sitting 'ready for pickup' at the warehouse originally ordered from and we had to go and pick it up.

Poor customer service
I ordered 2 x SFPs and received a call 1 hour later to say that you only had 1 in stock and the second one would be in stock in 10 days time. I said that's no problem, but the lady told me that I had bought them on a special price ($10 each) and the second one would cost me $70 as it was new stock, the $10 price only applied to ones that were current stock. You should have honoured the price that you sold them to me for, you let me order 2 when you only had 1 in stock.

There is more economical options available elsewhere but I prefer to ship locally onshore in Australia other than this 4cabling very much means my needs.
