We needed a company to handle technical drawings, a heritage statement, and a Listed Building Consent application for structural repairs to our Grade II listed property. 4D Planning managed the entire process in a straightforward and efficient manner all at very reasonable cost.

Communication from the team we dealt with — Elie, Adrian, Galit, and James — was excellent throughout. All questions were answered quickly and they ensured we were completely happy with the plans and application, incorporating any amendments without difficulty.

Thanks to their expertise, our application was approved by what tends to be an exacting Council. I’m very pleased with the results and would gladly work with 4D Planning again.
