This time they do not ship all ordered and paid items. In the package there is the list with one item missing, so it's clear that they did not ship It. I need to take pictures, send 3 mails and then I was refounded quickly for the item.

I have to update that your solution to replace the 9 broken gels is too poor as other 71 gels are sticky and without any box to keep them. Was my money good or dirty?
