1 star. Avoid. I ordered Christmas gifts well in advance and they still didn’t arrive before Christmas. I asked them to cancel the order while it hadn’t shipped and they ignored me, then sent the items anyway. I repeatedly requested tracking information and got nothing useful. Now I’ve asked to return because I had to buy gifts elsewhere, and they’re saying returns are “difficult” and I must cover all costs because it’s effectively a dropshipping operation shipping from China, not a Dutch retailer. Waste of time and stress.

Do not buy from here! Products from China long delivery time
Misleading advertising!! The website is in Dutch and claims fast shipping but only when receiving the track and trace, it turns out the products are shipped from China and nowhere a tentative date. NOT NICE AT ALL. I contacted them and of course the replied was “it has already being shipped and it would take 8 days to arrive.” It was a birthday gift and it won’t make it on time. I want my money back but of course I can’t cancel because it was shipped. I feel scammed

The product is shipped from China. The website says "binnen 1 tot 3 werkdagen verzonden" is misleading. It makes feel like being fooled. This should stop.

Not shipping from Holland
Too late that I am seeing the other feedback just now. I bought from this place because I thought they are shipping from here. But no, the item probably came from China, and now my order will not make it to the event I bought it for. Keep your money, stay away from this company.

No contact with the company
No contact with the company. I didn't receive my order and lost 25 Euro. I filled out the complaint form three times and received no response. I do not recommend!!!

They came in a very timely manner. Our 6 month old grandson loved them! Very brightly colored and eye-catching!
