After almost 2 months of bad experiences with 4Patriots, they DID contact me and they DID make an effort to make things right with me. I was afraid I wouldn't get my money back, so I kept the water filter. They gave me a refund and a link so I could purchage a higher quality part for the filter. I appreciate that they did finally get back to me and that they made an effort to improve their customer service. Thank you.

Product arrived timely fashion. However, generator will not charge. Will not power up. Total failure. This companies customer service is AWFUL. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Has been months now and still have this defective generator. They say it takes FedEx 14 days to email me a return label. It's ridiculous.

I ordered potassium iodide tabs on 10/26. My credit card was charged appropriately. I received an order # and confirmation. I received notice items shipped. So excited all was going so well. When I open the box it was 3 water filters. NOT what I ordered. So I call. Wait an extraordinary amount of time before I do the leave your number we will call you back. Done. No call back. So I send an email to support with order number, item name, date card charged . NO response. So I dispute charge on my credit card. I did get a card credit for full amount. End result a waste of time.

I called their customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes. I left my number in their queue and it took over 6 hours for them to call me back. The customer service rep was rude and unhelpful. I won't be purchasing from this company.

I’m giving it one star since that’s the least I can give. My husband and I both placed orders for 4Patriots food boxes. The total is over 1,300 dollars. Like so many reviews I have just read we can’t get ahold of anyone to help us. It has been 10 days sinice we ordered. What we ordered was not on back order and when we try to get help through email it’s a generalized response. I have tried twice and got the same response both times. Customer service is nonexistent. He have received one of the ten boxes we ordered, but they are going to four different addresses.
To say the least I am completely discouraged and we are about to cancel the whole thing. These were bought for our children and grandchildren. We felt we were doing the right thing going with this “patriot” friendly company. This company has completely turned me away from them. I will never buy from them again.
At this point I’m writing this review in hopes it will help someone else who might read it to spend their money elsewhere.

I ordered emergency food packs from 4Patriots. Six boxes arrived very poorly packaged with a single strip of tape on top of the boxes. 4 arrived unsecured as they only taped one box flap. I have emailed, called. Waited multiple hours. Left the callback. Finally got someone on chat they were sending and email with instructions and RA……nothing.. my order was nearly one thousand dollars.I gues my only recourse is to contact the Texas Atty Generals Office and file a complaint. By the way there is no longer a chat option.
I believe in giving people a chance but this isn’t an Reliable American Company

received the 4 week food supply with the free 72 hour food supply bonus. My biggest gripe is the food. It is mostly carbs: rice, noodles, oatmeal... Where's the meat? Disappointed.

My issue predates all of the propaganda with 4Patriots assisting in the hurricanes, etc. So that is no excuse to me. I had to use my 2000x back in September. I has used it in April and charged it up to 100%. I went to use it in September and it ran a 30 watt fan for 30 minutes and shut off. DEAD! I the charged it up the next day and it smelled like a burning electrical issue. I turned it off and called Customer Service. I was asked for a serial number and model number on the back of the unit. I told the CSR that it didn't have one. Nowhere. Just a small UPC sticker with a number. Thats it. She confered off line and then said "they" wanted it back and we would get a new one in exchange. After badgering to get the return box until early October, it finally arrived and we shipped it back with a follow up email that 4Patriots was going to ship us a new unit. Well, guess it what? The unit arrived this week. Ready? Our same unit!!!!!!!!!!!! The defective one was sent back. No paperwork. No nothing. I know its the same one as I marked the defective one. I cannot believe the lies that this company spews. We received a defective, rejected item at the factory and they sent it back. Spent alot of money on something we cant use. I did need more accesories and another generator but it wont be with 4Patriots. I want to talk to the owner but I know how that will go. He probably doesnt know how bad it is. I want a new generator.

Customer service is TERRIBLE!
I, too, have tried to contact customer service multiple times to no avail. I have waited on hold for over 40 minutes each time and when I called again, I chose the option for them to call back when it was my turn. I'm still waiting. The 'live chat' option doesn't really exist. Anyway.....
The day I received my Sidekick generator, I requested an RA number since it was not big enough to power my mother's oxygen concentrator. ( I was mistaken about the wattage of her machine when I ordered) and figured I would get a quick response to upgrade to the larger one. Nothing. Like others have said, you get an automated response with apologies about delays BUT I continue to receive emails and texts about other products available for purchase!!! I am now looking at the payment to soon be processed for a product I can not use. I guess my only option is to contact my credit card company. So much for "customer service being the #1 concern".

I have been fighting about an order that went out for a water filter and 3 refills even though I never completed the order it was sent anyway. I emailed the company and 2 days later they said it was too late to cancel. Of course it was, I never knew it was ordered until I received and email from them 2 days later saying I ordered it. They told me in the email they would knock off $50.00 if I wanted to keep it. I don't want it. I then called them and waited an hour on the phone but since I had to leave, I hung up. The next day I called and opted for the call back. They called back 5 hours later. I told the rep what happened and she said to refuse the order when it came. I did and the UPS driver marked it refused and sent it back. She said I would have to pay a restocking fee and I said I am not paying you anything because I never ordered it in the first place. She hung up on me. Now I have been disputing this with my credit card company and was refused once because 4 Patriots sent them a delivery slip from FedEX. It was delivered by UPS and I had to go to the UPS Store and get confirmation that the items were sent back and received at the warehouse. I am fed up!
I am a retired widow and cannot blow $450.00 to a scam company.

I ordered the water filter and two water filter cartridges. Got the cartridges the water filter on back order. Called customer service x3. On hold over 1 hour. Called back and spoke with order entry person. No idea when the filter would be in. Canceled my order returned filters. Asked 4PATRIOTS to cancel my shop pay payment plan not sure if that was done. Even if you are busy this is unacceptable customer service. I worked as a nurse in work comp. Customer service was number one. This is unacceptable no matter how busy you are. Three calls,attempted live chat,did not work. After 5 attempts to contact,did not receive a satisfactory answer to my order issue.

My 89 year old Aunt buys into the doomsday crap. She bought me a 4patriots solar USB battery backup for my cell phone. I am in Sarasota and charged it up in anticipation of Hurricane Milton. I lost power and used the device to charge my cell phone since I had no power for a couple of days. I only got one phone charge. Other battery backups I've had that size usually give about 4 charges. So I plugged it in and the battery charge indicator LEDs would not come on. If I held down the light button they would flash really fast. Wasn't normal. I plugged it into my phone and it charged for 10 seconds then quit. I charged the pack 24 hours. I tried charging it with the solar. IT WAS TOAST AFTER 1 USE. Cheap junk battery backup. Not reliable when you need it. I was on the chat for 30 minutes and got no help and they refused to back their product with a reasonable return policy. This company is a rip off, selling cheap crap taking advantage of people that watch Fox News and believe things are horrible. I hope 4 Patriots goes out of business to prevent this from happening to more customers. Taking advantage of good people. smh
10/23 In response to the 4 patriots response below. My original review CLEARLY states my elderly aunt bought it for me as a gift. It was shipped to me, but the order wasn't placed in my name. I chatted with 4 patriots and stated I could provide her information to look up the order, it was directly shipped to me, but they said they needed to speak directly to her. I didn't think that was necessary. Based on my chat experience, I didn't need them to give her the same experience.

I will increase to 2 Stars because I did get a response from 4Patriots. I was sent an email with the return label for the Solar Panels and Charge Cable. I returned them and they were received by them on 10/29/24.
It has been 7 days and I still have not received the shipping box for the Generator.
I am hoping I can complete this process. I appreciate what they have been able to do so far.
This is my first negative review. I think it is deserved.
* I ordered the 2000X Solar Generator on 10/2/24.
* Sent an email on 10/8/24 7:23pm to cancel the order before it was shipped. No response.
* Three hours later at 10:41pm the order shipped.
* Received the Solar Generator on 10/14/24.
* On 10/17/24 Sent a Message through the website to Request a Return Authorization. No Reply
Also on 10/17/24 sent an email to "Help" to request a Return Authorization. Automated response.
* On 10/21/24 Sent another email to "Help" to request a Return Authorization (Second Request).
Received another Automated response.
* Customer Service is unresponsive.

I've been cooking for about 50 years, and have done 95% of the cooking in every relationship in my life. I started when I was 9 years old cooking for myself and my little brother. I'm not big on mac & cheese, but, do use it as a staple for fast meals. One meal that I call "Cabinet Scrapings" came about many years ago as we had very little in the kitchen, and I made something with what I could find in the cubbards. Start 2 boxes of mac & cheese. Dice up a can of spam(any meat will do), am onion, green pepper, and cook them in a skillet until onions start to turn clear. Add 2 cans of diced or stewed tomatoes. When M&C are done add the skillet to the pot and mix. 20 minute meal that is easy to make. The M&C from my 72 hour survival food kit worked perfectly for this. There are an infinate number of possible combinations that could be used in this manner. It richens the taste and adds fats and protiens that would be very helpfull in a crisis situation. Not to mention you could feed a larger number of people on just one packet. Great job you guys. Keep up the great work. I highly recomend this product!

I have tried to order from this company twice. They have screwed up my order twice...two for two and not in a good way. The first time they sent the order to an address that I did not know. Once that was resolved the money was refunded. The second time only a part of the order was delivered even though the website shows complete delivery. In both cases, have fun trying to get to customer service. I have spent probably 4 hours on hold because the "use the pound sign to keep your place in line and we'll call you back" is BS. They never call you back. Tried this two time too. They also say they have a live chat. They do not unless it is well camouflaged on their web site. No response to memails either. All in all less than a one star performance. I will never order another thing from these incompetents.

My generator stopped working after little use and they said its out of warranty so there is nothing we can do. This is for emergencies but apparently should not be relyed upon when needed. I was glad I had another duel fuel generator when I needed it.

I ordered a solar powered phone charger for emergencies. During Hurricane Helene I took it out of the box and found it damaged, the screen bloated like it got wet. Of course it didn't work. They obviously sent me a returned one that was broken. 4 messages later, 3 on the contact us and one email, zero response from them. I assume I am going to eat the cost. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wouldn't order from them. Mypatriotsupply is much better.
