Barrister (Lucy) didn't show up on time, Was not aware of what type of court case it was, Did not read the history of what had gone on, Couldn't contact her, More interested in getting future business and chatting about her friend. Charged £2500 for about 1hr then the Solicitors charged the same amount to put things right she hadn't discussed in court, said she have a way of communicating in court, however still don't know what that was supposed to be. Absolutely unprofessional and inexperienced.
Terrible experience. Avoid like the plague. The clerk there who's name is Luke is a mess. Quotes one price and then attempts to change price. He advises he will be billing in stages and then doesn't. We are experienced litigators and have used many chambers in the past but this is really Mickey Mouse conduct. Avoid.
