Good clear website with clear contact details. Good communication re order being placed and dispatched, turned up in good time and good condition. I didn't have a problem but would appreciate a return procedure notice in the package in case I did need it.

This was the only place that I could find this backpack as all other sites seemed to be sold out. I was a little concerned about shipping from the UK to the United States, but a knock on my door 2 days ago shocked me. It was the FedEx delivery man with my backpack in just a couple days after ordering.
It was well packaged and a beautiful product. I was just informed by my girlfriend that she would be BORROWING it for a very long time. It is a rubbery-like fabric which should hold up well in any climate and clean-up nicely. I have rattlesnake skins in my home and was pleasantly surprised of the realistic nature of this faux snake skin design. A++++

I purchased a pair of shoes - excellent, but initially I thought they were too big for me and I called the "Store" at the weekend (not realising they would be shut) but then an extremely friendly and helpful guy explained he would check a smaller size when he goes back in on Monday and that it wasn't a problem to swap them over. In the event I decided to keep the larger size anyway because they were more my real size. So thanks to the "Store" and I would highly recommend them as being genuinely friendly and helpful.
