As described the Docking works with my MAC Book Pro M2 and 3 monitors (1 direct HDMI, and 2 SW based-MST solution Display Link). But the problem is with the SW based solution as it is unstable and constantly disconnects. I've to keep on plugging-unplugging to make it work. I hope this problem could be resolved.

Very simple and minimalist design. I love it.

I had a very good experience with 4urpc, excellent pricing with lots of choices to chose from.

The purchasing process on the 4URPC website was smooth and easy, but the delivery experience has been deeply disappointing.

First, the package was shipped without any prior notice on a Sunday. Since no one was home at the time, the delivery was missed — and instead of simply rescheduling, I received an email putting the burden on me to contact the carrier, warning that the package would be returned if I didn’t act.

After speaking with the carrier, I was informed that delivery could happen anytime within the next 10 days, meaning I am now stuck having to stay home, waiting indefinitely. This is unacceptable.

In today’s world, any serious shipping service sends advance notice and tracking updates so the customer can plan. The lack of coordination and how 4URPC washes their hands of the shipping process shows a disappointing lack of responsibility.

Because of this, what could have been a great buying experience has turned into a source of frustration. I will not purchase directly from their website again.

No one has called me for my delivery, still waiting, unable to get a gold of adequate customer service.

Bought the product on kickstarter
- They had changed the color of the top, which I wasn't so happy about as it didn't look as good on my desk. But I can live with it
- I paid extra for another fast charger cable. They sent me the wrong kind, US plug, instead of EU one. It seems like they did the same "mistakes'for dozens of other people, judging from the comments on Kikstarter. Depsite them telling me they will send me the correct ones, I am still waiting, 6 months later...
- All of this is annoying but not a dealbreaker as overall the product is quite good and does the job of raising one's monitor / charging a phone wirelessly and limiting the number of cables on my desk / making it easy to take the laptop in and out of the setup. BUT then 1 month ago or so the HDMI plug stopped working...I emailed the customer service to let them know. They said they will send me back one but I am still waiting and despite 3 or 4 emails to them, no reply since then...

So overall not particularly impressed:
- products delivered not exactly as advertised
- didn't deliver the EU plug I paid extra for
- product faulty after a few months of use
- unreachable customer service

I won't buy again unless they get their acts together.

EDIT: Downgrading to 1 star: the after sales service got in touch after my review here and told me they would sort it out. By sorting out they meant: they would send me ONE email. I am still left with a malfunctioning product and today I realized the USB ports have also stopped working...so soon, if the rate of failure of the various connectors continue at the same pace, I will be left with a very expensive monitor stand....

My wife wants me to connect her Samsung Tablet to the TV (non-Samsung type) in the living room so that she can follow the YouTube video for her exercise. The connection was easy and she can play her exercise video easily, She is delighted and appreciative about the 4urpc (which I ordered from Kickstartor). That is why I purchased a second piece for my use during travel. Thanks so much for such a wonderful and innovative product!

I like the design concept, the unit helps free space on my desk. I wish it came with power adopter . Overall I am glad I bought it.

The hub arrived today - looks great, feels high-quality, and seems to work perfectly at the full refresh rate straight out the box (3x 1440p monitors - 1 x 120hz, 2x 75hz). Lots of great options for ports, well designed across the front and back of the hub for screen- vs user-access. Reasonable price for what it is, and they had a public discount offer. Super friendly and useful customer service, and quick and communicative delivery to the UK. Happy customer!

A very good product, but with two things sadly not that nice compared to older version that I purchased from 4urpc:

- Now it has a shorter USB-C cable
- It is getting hotter than the previous

usb-C to HDMI wireless: fantastic product!! Easy to use, plug and play. Reliable.

Excellent Product. Works as advertised. Shipping took a little longer than expected. Otherwise, High Five!

Purchased a second dock, because the first one did so well. Original got fried after 5+ years. Capacitor blew. Not an issue with 4URPC manufacturing (other than maybe they should pay extra for solid state capacitors). I would normally try to warranty it, but I needed the faster turnaround of a direct purchase. Shipment was quick despite coming international with paid expedited cost. Great dock, all around. I wouldn't use any other company at this point for my Macbook Pro.
