Very poor communication rang 5 time 6 emails week later I get reply, the carpet I ordered was left on my doorstep for your courier company for me to come home and it not be there and I’ve still not heard nothing back from you. It’s absolutely disgusting £200 of my money gone I emailed you a week ago still no reply
