Fail to communicate by email or return phone call as requested. (on the phone call at 12.30pm on the Thursday, the part had still not arrived). I requested item be cancelled and be refunded. All before item left the premises. (Thursday)
Michael then lied (on friday)that the item had already been sent, (as a pallet load and thus the item was not on tracking). Tracking now says that shipping info pickup was at 2.15pm 3/7/26.
So do yourself a favour and do not buy from a company that accepts poor communication and tells blatant checkable lies.

Do not order from this company!!!
I ordered rear coil springs from these guys on 2nd Jan, I was sent front coils for a different vehicle and was told this was the part number I ordered. After many calls i eventually got them to understand that they were in the wrong and I shouldn’t be paying for return postage for the incorrect items. Had to pay a further $150 for the correct springs which after 11 days the springs still hadn’t been sent. This is over 7weeks and I’ve still not received what I have purchased….l repeat buy from this company at your own risk…. Be warned

Do not purchase through this company. Item never arrived. Then when finally located it, only delivered half the order. I had to repeatedly chase them for the other half. Never returned my calls, never gave me updates, were hopeless. Purchase elsewhere and avoid the headaches!

Ordered a Vonnie's dual jerry can holder to fit to my caravan after speaking with Lauren on the phone. I was impressed that the Vonnie's products are all manufactured locally in Australia (this should be advertised more publicly)
My order arrived within 3 days of ordering and fitted perfectly where I needed it to.
Will definitely purchase again!

Customer service does not exist, they do not answer messages on their website contact form, do not reply to emails, phone diverts to voice-mail and they do not call back.

It looks like they may be operating a scam taking orders then nothing happens, no indication order is being shipped no tracking just nothing. Then you cant get them to reply to support requests. I guess a percentage of people just give up and write off their money and perhaps this is the entire plan.
