place my first order for a couple of samples and had to wait as one was out of stock. When they arrived, packed in just a corrugated cardboard envelope, one sample in glass had smashed and I ended up with glass shards everywhere.
The company apologised and said they would send me 5 more free samples, which I had to chase.
They have just arrived in this country and fed-ex say I’m liable for charges of €10 euros which they have paid already and are now billing me for free samples??? The package didn’t say what it was, had no value on it so I don’t know how anything was calculated.
Was going to refuse delivery but the driver said they wouldn’t release the package if there were charges, but I get another message today to say that they are due !

This is hands-down my favourite perfumery in Italy. It just doesn't have the smug air of similar places even here in Milan. I did both in-store and online purchases which went smoothly. I also had an issue with a travel set with a perfume spilt in the pack and after confirming the situation through online chat they offered me a new set the day after. I did speak to the online chat both in English and in Italian and I can confirm that the communication was easy both ways. also following the videos on youtube you get great offers for free samples or discounts.

I received a defective perfume, the spray is not working well at all. It started with a good exchange to get it replace. But after being said I will receive a replacement I am now left with no answers to my last 4 emails, on the phone they said they will let me know by email... It feels like it will never be replaced. I hope I'm wrong with this but it's now a 1 and half month I'm waiting...

Ordered from UK on Tuesday and my delivery arrived on Friday tracked all the way. Company also answered messages promptly via Instagram. Very happy.

Grown Alchemist Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang, Hyaluronique is not the original scent nor mixture of the soap I bought from Grown Alchemist themselves.

This soap has basically no lasting scent, and the consistency feels like it was mixed with alcohol. It is not moisturizing AT ALL. Feels like a fake. Go figure, I guess. Never order from a 3rd party.

I had amazing experience with this website. I made two orders and both of them were dispatched and delivered in 4 days to Denmark. Great service and really happy with my perfumes.
Also the samples were great, exactly what I asked for!

Slow, poor service. I placed an order for one item, received an email 5 days later claiming the package shipped, they didn't actually ship it until 2 weeks after I ordered. They only send you tracking info in italian through a site that has no language translation options, despite 50ml being an english website in the US. Before they shipped it, I messaged them asking for a tracking update as it had been 10 days and after copy&pasting the whole tracking site into a translator, the only info I could find is that the tracking number didn't exist/wasn't in the system yet. They waited another 5 days to respond, and told me "Your order has been processed, I'm sure you will receive it. Have a nice day." Ok, not helpful at all, kind of rude... 15 days after ordering, I finally see the tracking showing that the package was JUST accepted by italian post. I still haven't received my order. After I ordered here, I ordered a different perfume from a shop in Ukraine (by accident, didn't realize and thought I bought from the U.S.). There is a terrible war in Ukraine right now, and I received my order from that country already. I don't understand why this is taking so long... My package hasn't even gone through italian or U.S. customs yet, I guess it will be another month or two before my order arrives.
