And since blending smoothies and cooking often go hand in hand with enjoying good music, maybe your new blender could have a perfect partner — one of our Bluetooth speakers to fill your kitchen with your favorite tunes while you create. 🎶

Hi Daniel,
I’m really sorry we let you down. You trusted us to deliver your CD player, and we didn’t keep that promise — I can understand how frustrating and disappointing that must feel. This isn’t the kind of experience we ever want for our customers.
Please give us one chance to make it right. If you could share your order details with us at customercare@5core.com or call +1 937 669 7078 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM EST), our customer care team will personally look into what happened and work on getting you the CD player or finding a solution that feels fair to you.
We value your trust and would really appreciate the chance to fix this.
Kind regards,
-Team 5 Core Inc.
