My experience working at this company has been consistently challenging due to weak leadership structure and ineffective management practices. There is a recurring pattern of unnecessary pressure being placed on the team, but this pressure does not translate into better performance or productivity.Instead, output continues to decline because the approach lacks strategy, support, and clear direction.
Communication is often unclear, expectations shift without explanation and constructive guidance is rarely provided.The work environment feels demotivating, and the management style creates more confusion than progress.
A more structured, transparent, and supportive leadership approach is urgently needed for the team to perform at its full potential.
