My experience working at this company has been consistently challenging due to weak leadership structure and ineffective management practices. There is a recurring pattern of unnecessary pressure being placed on the team, but this pressure does not translate into better performance or productivity.Instead, output continues to decline because the approach lacks strategy, support, and clear direction.

Communication is often unclear, expectations shift without explanation and constructive guidance is rarely provided.The work environment feels demotivating, and the management style creates more confusion than progress.

A more structured, transparent, and supportive leadership approach is urgently needed for the team to perform at its full potential.

Little to no raises for extremely hard work, favoritism, lack of communication, huge manager issues swept under the rug, unnecessary firing. is on the same page, managers are not leaders.

Advice to Management

Shape up (give raises when deserved, treat employees with respect, COMMUNICATE effectively) ... or you'll see a lot of people leave again (not that it matters to you, this place is a revolving door)

A very positive and engaging experience right from the start. The ideas and interaction have been really refreshing. I have worked with other agencies in the past but i can genuinely say that none have produced the results I have had so far, I would thoroughly recommend th team at 5RV Digital.
