Rubbishs personality his Email address is AlexAT5econds.com I bought a few magnetic charging cables from him to test his reliability after payment I received an invoice from my order. the delivery should be with a week! After one week I started to mail where my my products where! Well after this excuse after excuse is what I received but no products after months I finally received my products finally! The quality is low that after a few months the cables didn't charged anymore! I'm sure that it is China made quality. So I complained and again after many emails I could get a discount of 25% but no refund! I didn't order anything from this website due to the low quality and the worse costumers service I have every had!

Shocking customer service & Alex is a pig. Do not have anything to do with this company as you will be wasting money. Their refund policy doesn't exist in the real world. I lost $55 or more due to their very confusing shoe sizing table. Save yourself stress & have nothing to do with this corrupt company

Bought as Christmas gift and promised 2 week delivery. refused to cancel and refund Came two months later and spoiled plans. Would never buy from again.

I bought something in March and still haven't received them, have exchanged emails with their customer service many many times, they now just ignore me, don't buy from them, very irresponsible

I don't want to give a single star.
The order hasn't arrived in over a month.
A few days after I ordered the product, I was looking at Amazon, and I wondered if there was the same thing.
From what I saw, Amazon found that the same product was three times cheaper.
I asked him to cancel my order, but he said he couldn't.
I tracked down the item, but it was not sent.
He even found out that things were leaving China.
I'll ask them to return my money.
I know everything is Chinese these days, but it's too expensive and takes too long to get back.
Coming back from Amazon is free, cheap, and arrives in two to three days.
Spending money on this site is like throwing money on the street.

I would have liked to given 0 stars. This,scam of a company advertises mink but sells skunk. I ordered the 36.00 bunion corrector wedge sandal. I received a dollar store flip flop. They refused to take scam product back; offered a 25% discount on next purchase. As if I would buy again from this cursed company. I confused 5seconds with 7second co. A legit company. Don't ever buy 5seconds.

5seconds.co is a total scam and Im going to do everything in my power to take them down! Robbery is a felony!

One of the magnetic USB charging cords burned me, melted, and likely could have caused a fire. I was told it is no longer under warranty but Alex Britt was pleased to offer me 25% off my next purchase. I don't feel like risking a house fire.

I got a product that didnt work. instead of replacing they only offered me a 10% discount. My next order only half shipped. ( missing a piece to complete what I had ordered )I sent many messages only to again get offered 20% on my next order. Its impossible to get a return. so now I am stuck with a product that I cannot use bc the main piece never shipped. the "discount" means nothing because I will no longer order anything from them

Absolutely terrible delivered a product after 3 months and it was completely unusable. All they do is make their ads look good. I asked for a refund and shared the packaging images which clearly showed the item was in a terrible state and made of poor cheap plastic and they have not replied and it has been over a month. They should be sued for false advertising and Google should be ashamed to allow them to run their ads on their platform as I've been seeing these run on YouTube.

The power leg knee pad sold by 5 second , could be a risk to your health. While cycling and wearing this strapped on power leg knee pad, according to product directions when it nearly caused a near fraction or break in my left leg during use. The product restricts the normal revolution of your leg while biking. One wrong move while trying to disengage your feet out of the bicycle foot cage can cause your ankle to twist in the wrong direction. It also has a tendency to stop the normal circulation in your legs while biking or just getting on the bike. It's a shame others ate promoting this product when its dangerous and a peice of junk! would NOT recommend this product to anyone..

SCAM ALERT! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered an item beginning of the year, it never showed up, endless mails, new tracking numbers provided which don't get recognized on their website. Item was $27, since seen it on AliExpress for $3.49, delivered by AliExpress in 2-3 weeks.
5ECONDS IS A SCAM SITE, DON'T GET SUCKED IN BY THEM. Everything they advertise is on AliExpress for a tenth of the price.

The product they sent me was absolutely terrible. Had I known what a terrible product it was I would’ve never purchased it. I’ve asked for a refund and offered to send the item back but they will not go ahead and do that. I would never order from them again.

I made a purchase in April, 2020 and now it’s August, I am still waiting for the product! I tried to contact the company and they claimed they can’t find my purchase order. I sent them the invoice information and they simply don’t reply at all. The only time they responded was when I tried to claim a refund from PayPal.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had from purchasing online. The quality is total crap. It took forever for them to delivery from China no less. Had I known, I would never have purchased. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this....I should have researched before I purchased. My bad, lesson learned.

The sandals do not fit. I wanted to send them back. They said I couldn't because there was nothing wrong with the sandals, that they only would do a refund if they were damaged. They said they would do a discount on any further purchase from them. I would never purchase anything from them again. Their service is terrible. Disgusting. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and report them.

This company is an absolute hoax!!!
I ordered a pair of "BESTWALK Orthopedic Premium Toe Corrector", hope to help my bunion feet. However, one month passed by, I still have not received anything. They gave me a phony track number through 17track.net, where the tracking never showed anything. I regret that I did not research online to find the complaints on this site.

The ad is run through YouTube. YouTube, please ban such companies to run ads through you.

It's nice to see I'm not the only one who fell for their BS. 2 months and the product I ordered hasn't arrived. Good ole' Alex obviously ignores anything in a complaint email and just keeps saying "must be held up in transportation". Does anyone know where we could send a formal complaint about this scam company? After looking further through their website I see on their review page they say "not a scam". If I had read that first I would never have order. Why would a legit company go out of their way to tell you they're not a scam?
