The staff was great! The ride was the coolest thing my girlfriend and I have ever done. I would 100 percent recommend this to anyone at any time.

I was very scared this was my first time in a helicopter. The ride was smooth take off and landing . Great view and followed all safety precautions.

The whole experience was exceptional! They picked us up right on time. Our pilot, Chip, was very professional and entertaining. The ride was smooth and the views were indescribable!

The ride would have been great and 1 of my kids had no complaints.
The only problem we had is we flew with a stranger that acted very suspicious and felt threatened he didn't seem right in his mind we felt he would do something up in the air so I kept my eyes on him the whole flight which didn't enjoy the views I was hoping for.

You should install metal detectors so people feel safe.

Other than that I know I would have enjoyed it.

We booked the dinner and helicopter tour for 5 people. If we would have just done the helicopter ride it would have been great. But you all lost it with the poor customer service and the dinner. We had reservations for dinner that you all made scheduled for 7:30. At 7 we still hadnt done our helicopter ride. I asked numerous times about our reservations at least 4-5 times each time I was told it would be fine not to worry that transport was on the way. I tried to be patient. But by 8:10 when transport was promised 25 minutes earlier I had enough. I didn’t want to go to a restaurant that closed at 9 and try to eat in 30 minutes. I’ve been to a Brazilian Restaurant and they start running out of things at closing time. You all did nothing to help. We were all starving and you all could care less especially since you received payment. Reservations were cancelled. Here I am 4 days later no partial refund yet. No response from email. No reaching out to see what else could
Be done. Your customer service is disappointing. I have held off from doing any social media ratings..... but at this point I don’t think you all care anyways whether you receive good reviews or not. So I will see if there is any response from this. Before I start my online and social media reviews.

We had a great time. Our pilot was very informative on telling about the Grand Canyon and surrounding area. The view from the air was spectacular. I would do it again.

Very fun experience

We booked online for a 1pm flight. We received a phone call that we had to be moved to the 3pm flight. We later received a phone call stating that unless they would get 4 more to sign up, we cannot fly at 3pm. This was our only day in Vegas and our anniversary. Very disappointing service. If your website allows people to book a flight, it should be honored.
