Our pilot was amazing! Great flight, not much turbulence. Great experience!

Would choose again! They offered a very nice affordable package. The package included a 5star Brazilian dinner then transportation to the helicopter where we had a very knowledgeable & down to earth pilot that flew us down the Vegas Strip. The whole experience was amazing and would definitely recommend.. Thank you all at 5 Star helicopter tours

All in all this was a great experience, the flight was fun and the pilot was entertaining and nice. The only thing that could’ve been improved was communication, when I reserved our spot the time said 8:00pm, however flights did not start until 8:45pm. The waiting lounge was nice and it was nice to have a glass of champagne and they did have bottled water. The temperature in the lounge was very hot I know this is Vegas but it wasn’t a comfortable temperature.

We had a super time! From being picked up at the Hotel, to hovering above, and LANDING ON the Canyon, the staff and the sights were amazing!

They denied my helicopter ride on my birthday weekend that I prepaid weeks earlier saying that I need it proof of purchase I had my confirmation number and email along with text message but will not let me ride saying I had to rebuy the tickets in order to ride very rude and disrespectful

Booked it on their website, received a callback saying they can't do it and will give a refund. 2 weeks later still no refund

Great Tour Great pilot

The tour was amazing. The pilot was fun and Narrated the whole trip perfectly. We would definitely recommend anyone going out to Vegas to experience this excursion.

Great experience ....took my family and they loved it my wife was scared at first but while on the flight she said it felt smooth and safe our pilot Was great my 5 yr old enjoyed it very much we well definitely go again on our next trip... we love the view it was amazing

Horrible customer service. I booked a night flight with dinner. Called to find out where to go for the flight. Was told they didnt have room on the flight for the next 2 days. Manager stated thst the website is not link to the live booking. Manager acted like it was my fault this happended, I feel if they cannot link it all together they should stop enabling people to book online through their website. It took 3 days to receive funds back to my card.

I booked online and they called me 3 times to reschedule due to seats not being full at the time I selected. They picked us up at 1:15 for a 3pm ride. When we got to the hanger we waited about 45 minutes for them to tell us that the helicopter air went out, so we couldn’t do the ride. A complete waste of a whole day. The sprinter driver was nice but was texting and driving and almost wrecked twice. Far from a five star experience.

Just <10 Minutes. Changed our Time to midnight. They are scam.

First the check in on the day of the flight was efficient and professional. The flight and pilot were stupendous. However trying to get someone on the phone was difficult at best. I booked a flight and zip line, but then they called said the zip was not available. Would have helped if they had updated their site. They called me and we decided to do the kayak add on instead.
They then called me numerous times with changes and problems with that reservation. We finally did get to go kayaking after the helicopter ride and the guides were good. Unfortunately 5 Star was supposed to include lunch, which we did not get till 4 PM when we were picked up from kayaking. We then had to wait about another 1/2 hour as the driver tried to deliver another late lunch to the other couple who were staying at the drop off point, not in Las Vegas. Helicopters they are good at, maybe stay away from any extras.

Our pilot was awesome! It was a enjoyable experience that we will never forget. Definitely worth the price. Highly recommend

My wife Rachel and I (Tyrone), have been waiting to do a helicopter tour for years. We are fortunate we finally decided to go and went with the Grand Canyon tour. The views were amazing but what set it over the top was our amazing pilot Mad Dog Mike. He was great. Even though it was out first time on a helicopter Mike made it a fun and easy going experience. We landed on top of a cliff overlooking the canyon. We popped a bottle of champagne while we took in the breathtaking views. I would highly suggest this trip to anyone who hasn’t done it and even though I’m sure all the pilots are great, if you get Mad Dog Mike then you are definitely in for a great time.

Great experience and Manny was a wonderful pilot, sharing information with a sense of humor. Flight offered a different perspective vs from the ground, and amazing views. The team communicated well with me regarding questions in advance, after booking and upon check-in. Highly recommend others use this service.

My tour was set for 7:30, we didn’t get our ride until 8:30. Then the ride was suppose to be a minimum of 12-15 minutes, but it felt like it was a 7-8 minute ride. I felt like the person driving the helicopter was rushing because he had a lot of rides to do. I literally said to myself “That’s it” we got back to the airport very fast! It was cool, but not worth the money.

Ride was way too fast, for the amount of money being paid it should be a longer and more enjoyable experience. Loaded, tour, and unloaded off of the helicopter in less than 12 minutes. Also failed to disclose before booking that we would be sharing the helicopter with 6 other people. Depending on your seat, you potentially will not have a view of the Vegas strip. Also very misleading as it appears you will have champagne during the flight. Wrong, after checking in, you are directed to grab a glass of cheap room temperature champagne that has been sitting on the counter.

We really enjoyed this trip it was a highlight of our trip, the staff was courteous & very professional!
