No refund policy
Bought the wrong item and now £40 out of pocket as no returne accepted. Not happy. If I could rate zero i would. No returns policy even though the pods have a best buy date 22/12/22

Hygiene in the kitchen and bathrooms and no towels to wash and dry.
From the first lockdown I installed paper hand towel plus dispensers in our kitchen and bathrooms. I have tried several types and makes of hand towels but I have found the current ones the best. The price I paid for my last two boxes was the cheapest I could get them so thank you

Would Not Recommend
This was the 1st order placed and the order was incorrect when it arrived. An alternative item was sent even though there were plenty in stock according to their website. As a business the inconvenience is huge especially as the refund will take up to 5 days and we now have to order again from another company.

Good except for delivery info
My goods arrived in pretty good time. Tracking information to say when delivery was due would have been useful, as the courier left the parcel outside without ringing the bell, so I didn't know it was there or how long it had been outside in the rain. Paper towels in a cardboard box don't do too well in the rain!
