They'll pay the first time but that's just to lure you into a false sense of security because next time they'll stiff you on the money and when you try to complain they'll permanently ban you and the say "Oh you're banned so we don't have to give you the money now"

When you work hard te get some extra cash they screw you over! 2e time I've earned some money for playing some games and they don't pay out because there words sorry this provider canceled you're payout we don't now why even so ive put some money in it so that's called fraud. Don't play don't earn money true 5surveys they do unfair business you have been warned! After 2 times I quit using this app/website

I really can’t believe these sites stay open when they consistently screw participants. My belief is every survey should be compensated for as time and time again sites such as 5 surveys will use these disqualification process to cut you from every survey you take. Despite giving your age, zip code and date of birth. I just took about 5 and got cut for everyone. And customer service? Excuses. Disappointed in such bad practices.

I would advise people to stay well clear of this site. They con you out of your earings one way or another. You are honestly wasting your time because one way or another they will con you of your earnings.

Beware, they run "special" promotions but along with these, they remove the progress of the surveys you've already completed and take away the money you've already worked for and earned. Customer service then provides paste and copy replies to your valid concerns and complaints.

Half the offers for games don't even track and the ones that do they don't pay you for. It's a scam.

My experience is quite positive with 2 criticisms, the first one of which I don’t think is very fair. Quite often I have spent say 15 or 20 minutes completing a survey, stating my voting intentions & revealing my household income then at the end being asked for and giving feedback, only then to find I did not qualify for the survey I have just completed! I have complained to them about this, they say they have no control over this? Also, it is annoying that the nearer you get to completing 5 surveys, the number of available surveys decreases considerably. I think I’ll look for another platform.

Scam, technical error

I just gave this place a review 2 days ago and now it's even worse. If I could give it negative Stars I would definitely do that. Somebody in here had mentioned the class action lawsuit and I'm ready to do it I've got my emails and all my documentation from the last 3 years of dealing with this company so if anybody wants to contact me and all about going ahead. I never even contacted attorneys and started the research of getting is taken care of. This company is so fraudulent they only right now over $100 on two different games and refuse to pay me have told me that my game is tracking perfectly there's no problem and then the next customer service rep said my game's not tracking at all so the contradicting themselves they're lying themselves they're very very fraudulent company. I'm on Facebook so somebody can reach out to me let's get this going!!

Can't give 5 stars, I've actually made alot here, not huge amount but fair, anyway, it's frustrating when you get to completion and 100% done and they kick you out, not fair, these take up alot of time and you get to the point it's not worth it, they don't do anything about it either, but all in all, it's the better survey sight I've found, give it a try

they have an algo that removes surveys as you get close to a payout. it's completely idiotic. all surveys are ai run. so you will never talk to a human being. no one reads the trash that they are asking about. i would and will advise against this site at all costs. they sell your info and give you nothing for your time.

I've been trying to do surveys on this platform for about 3 months. I'm not going to keep trying anymore because I'll work through a whole survey answering all the questions only to be timed out at the very end. No reward or nothing! It's happening more and more everyday! Very unfair!

Once you complete 5 surveys and earn $5, they freeze the amount so that you can't cash out. Scammers

Been doing this for a while. This is absolute bs site. Always screened out either at begin or fkn absolute end. Needed one more to get 5. Completed whole thing. Last question was how long did it take ... screened out. Absolute garbage. Ida gave - stars if possible.

I've had few issues with the surveys although once you claim the first $5 award, the screen-outs, long surveys, etc. become far more frequent.

My issue is that they've added game offers to their site but without doing the proper integration subjecting them and their users to the whims of the game providers.

This applies to any site under Prime Insights which includes Prime Opinions, 5 Surveys, Top Surveys and Hey Cash:

The award amount that you are shown will be reduced--so basically bait and switch. They will claim they have no control over this, but they get paid for the install. The goals/levels are just to a. provide return on advertising spend for the game studio and b. if you don't reach them in the allotted time, they get to keep more of the advertising revenue.

Game will stop tracking your goals once you get to a certain level. So you'll invest hours trying to get to the big payouts, and suddenly you'll stop getting credit. CS will insist you wait (it shouldn't take more than 24 hours) and then make you jump through hoops to prove there's an issue.

Also their customer service is populated with bots repeating the same thing over and over. They claim it's staffed by humans, but that hasn't been my experience.

I've been banned from this site, because the survey providers complained about me, I was honest on all of my surveys

they banned me as soon as i was doing enough surveys and offers! obviously a scam they don't want to pay out!

Really pissed off with this site!!

Seems EVERY TIME you complete a survey they screen you out!
Almost like their surveys are meaningless as they only want certain answers which totally destroys their credibility.

Complete and utter waste of time!

Hard enough to get 5 surveys done but when they offer 10 for 5 surveys you have not got a chance screened out all the time.waste of my time

I'm so pissed I did a game challenge thing and got 50$ from it they told me to email tech support it's been a month now and they haven't done anything just sent the same message that goes along the lines of were currently working on it let us know if you have any questions but they won't answer my questions
