Unethical Practices and Refusal to Refund
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After paying the required fee to move forward with their Virtual Assistant service, the company failed to deliver what was promised and then refused to return the fee, despite clear requests and follow-ups.
Communication became slow and unhelpful once payment was made. Instead of resolving the issue professionally or honoring their stated policies, they simply stopped taking responsibility. This behavior feels unethical and misleading, especially for a service-based business that depends on trust.
I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to get everything in writing, confirm refund policies in advance, and be very careful before paying any upfront fees. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company.
