One week before Christmas I placed an order as a present for a business partner. The order went into processing status. If followed up via email on 12/23 as I payed a premium for overnight. No response. I informed my partner he had a gift coming and it would not arrive as promised. Not great but recoverable. Christmas comes goes no response from 6666steak.com. On December 28 I send another email requesting status. Crickets. Finally on December 29th I call customer service. On hold for 10 minutes, no answer goes to email. I leave a message informing them that unless I get a response I will contact my bank requesting a refund. Suddenly, I get a FedEx shipping notice. No communication explaining what happened, no communication attempting to salvage themselves from a bad situation.
You can have the best product and if you can’t / won’t respond to problems you suffer the consequences in the marketplace. Take a lesson from Snake River Farms. Great product and great customer service earns future business. You had your chances.
