Terrible customer service, cashed out $600 got in increments of $200 and they shorted me $100 and then Cash App declined the last one because it was “suspicious” had to continue to badger them for a $200 redemption.

They let you win a large amount of money in the beginning but to Unlock $50 of that money you have to pretty much deposit $2000 of your own money to unlock $50

I won $260 about three months ago. I requested it in a redemption via Cash App, and after about a month of waiting I messaged their support. They told me smaller redemptions go through faster. Then I broke it up into 40 and $50 withdrawals and I have only gotten $50/$260

This is a complete scam site. I have screenshots of every one of our interactions. Unlike most, I didn’t just rely on the bonus only at the beginning free play to build up my money. I put $300 into it one day. Out of that $300 I ended up running it up to almost $10,000. I’m sitting here well over a week later and every time I message them asking about my redemptions I’m told the same bullshit excuse.

Hell, I even have a screenshot of the second time that I requested information about my redemption were they informed me that they had no record of my redemption at all… I was turning this over to my lawyer would do some good. I saw an advertisement on Facebook for '30 free spins' and decided to try it. After registering and providing my personal information, the promised 30 spins never materialized. Instead, I was credited with a mere 10.00 SC to play with.
